We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

KuwaitThe room 2 has short ceiling height due which my son got hurt in the night when he suddenly woke up in the sleep he hit his head and got hurt. Better to inform customers if they are tall to avoid this room.

United KingdomDespite advertising as mountain views, the main view is the junk yard next door. Poor communication over the mobility card which was not left in the apartment. After some to and fro on WhatsApp I gave up and sorted it with the tourist information office in town.

I can't recommend enough this apartment. We find this apartment very comfy and fully equipped kitchen , bathroom's and bedrooms ( every room was having a smart TV). Very worm and familiar, I was feeling like home here !

SingaporeThe reason why I have given a low rating is the for the EUR300 which was charged to my card for deposit. Even though it was refunded, I ended up losing SGD40 for the exchange rate which was used for making the charge versus the exchange rate used for the refund. I don't understand why the deposit amount couldn't be just kept as an authorisation hold and then released once the guest check outs (like most hotels do), instead of actually charging the card and then refunding it. I basically ended up paying an additional amount for absolutely no reason. Please correct this process of yours.
