There was a bad smell of humidity in the bathroom every morning The smell was disappearing after showers but reappear the next day

Incredibly good and clean room for the price. Even though the location is quite far from the centre, it is literally RIGHT next to the metro station, from which you have a direct line to the centre (takes around 10-15m to reach the centre). The rooftop area was a pleasant surprise.

Very modern and new hotel, conveniently located next to a large shopping mall and an underground station. Perfect for families with children, with the added convenience of on-site parking. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very close to public transportation. There is also a mall 2 minutes away. Clean, large rooms, friendly staff. I had a pleasant experience.

The fridge did not work but they did offer to switch the room or store my stuff in the fridge at the reception.

Loved the location, as it is so close to the metro, buses and the tram. Also the rooftop bar is great and the staff are very sweet and ready to help.

Expensive parking. But you can find public parking nearby (10 min walk) for 8 EUR / 24h look for WIPARK Parkplatz Schrödingerplatz

The room had a funny smell and the floor wasn’t perfectly clean.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. There was also a fridge available in the room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the free coffee at the reception, the gym and the rooftop bar with an amazing view to the Danube!

Everything was 100%! This is not the first and last time we were here. Only to recommend! Very kind and helpful staff, room was very clean, huge tv, comfortable bed, cosy bathroom, little kitchen corner with cattle, small fridge, stove, microwave, coffe machine (and capsules too), tea. Very good location, metro just across the street, mall too, supermarket so close.

Great location right next to the Kargan metro stop it is a bit outside the city center where a lot of the attractions are but super close by train. Great view of the Danube tower.

We loved the location of it, right next to the U-Bahn station Kagran, but also in a modern area. Spar is downstairs. The staff were incredibly friendly, and around 2 weeks prior to our stay I messaged asking if dogs were allowed, in which they replied yes. When we got to our room, they had already prepared a blanket, 2 bowls, a snack and a card that explained all the rules, dog friendly areas and local vets in Vienna. We thought that was so thoughtful!

We liked everything, no complains.

Amazing apartment, equipped with everything you need. Location is also good. There is a metro station and bus/tram station right across the street (very important aspect cause Viena has a really good transport infrastructure). There is also a huge mall and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a grocery store in the building. Staff was amazing,very helpful. They have a rooftop bar with amazing view. Coffee machine in the apartment,but also in the reception. Air conditioning in the room. There is no cleaning service during the stay and you can take clean towels either from reception or laundry room (we do not see it as an inconvenience).

- It should be clearly stated on booking.com and by the reception that the use of the washers and dryers in the laundry room is not free of charge - We were there during a heatwave, and the common areas of the hotel (including the reception) were often uncomfortably warm. - The car park downstairs is expensive, and parking in the immediate surroundings can be tricky.

- The entire property, including both rooms, was spotless – exceptional cleanliness throughout! - Our studio room featured a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a small dishwasher – very convenient. - The gym was modern and never felt crowded during our stay. - The location is unbeatable in my opinion! There’s a supermarket right downstairs, and the metro station is just outside (15 minutes to the city center). Donauzentrum, a large shopping mall with plenty of shops, additional supermarkets, and restaurants, is right behind the metro station. The airport bus also stops behind the mall (note: it doesn't run til late in the evening). - The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view – a lovely spot to unwind. - Near the danube (alte donau) and Donauinsel. Great for walks, runs or swimming. Just a heads-up: Rooms are cleaned every few days rather than daily. However, extra towels and toiletries are available in the laundry room.

A bit far from the downtown and city attractions.

The hotel apartment is good for short stay in Vienna .. close to a small mall and tram station to go to the downtown .. rooms were clean and the staff are friendly.
