We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The atmosphere was incredibly warm and family-like, and the staff provided amazing assistance with recommendations and everything we requested. It's a fantastic location for exploring and taking trips.

Lovely evening ambience of breakfast area which we used to play games after skiing. Gentle music which I greatly enjoyed. Excellent breakfast with homemade ingredients. Generous compensation for higher than usual room rate imposed by RateTable. Kindly host.

Pillows were lumpy.

Beautifully designed place with an inspiring vision, great concept and locally sourced products. Everyone was really friendly and the Mountain View from the balcony is beautiful. They also have a little self-service convenience store which, even though a bit overpriced, is a nice addition to the place. We didn’t make use of any add-on packages since we only stayed for two nights and preferred doing our own thing but I do recommend looking into those if you plan on staying longer.

Unfortunately we didn’t realize we booked the double room instead of a chalet (having stayed in a similar place before that only had such little houses, we didn’t register that this one also had standard rooms). They do put information on that which is easy to find when booking via the website, however if booking through the app (which we did) you actually have to actively look for it….(in the app you have to click on who manages the property to find that crucial piece of information, along with some other details; should be put in the main description imo to avoid confusion)

I did not want to leave Collis Hill; it provided the perfect sanctuary I was seeking. The lodging is meticulously crafted, epitomizing a serene refuge where every detail is catered to. I was impressed by the pristine condition and cleanliness of the apartment, the rejuvenating nature of the stay, and its proximity to amazing hiking paths. Its location is an adventurer’s dream. While the hotel itself is nestled in a tranquil setting, I was mere minutes away from some of Austria’s best hiking trails. Truly, it’s the best accommodation I’ve experienced. The room is nicely decorated in a quiet place

The owner had a bonfire party at one night, the smoke came straight in the room, so we had to close all the windows and doors on a hot night….

Very friendly and helpful staff on reception, free private parking on site, nice interior design in whole hotel, big modern rooms, huge modern bathroom with great shower cabin, tasty breakfast, great mountain views from room windows, good restaurant nearby for a dinner option

uncomfortably big and soft pillows, blankets bit too warm for summer time, lots of annoying flies in the room, no wardrobe with a hangers for clothes in a room, several days after checkout the message from a hotel host was received with a false claim of missing payment for the room booking from our side, despite booking_com fully charged our bank account way before the actual checkin date

Facilities, view, service, breakfast.

Location very good, but entry opposite of an old farm house. Scenery/Garden still had to be upgraded, which the owner was currently doing.

Location is perfect, very calm and quiet. Very friendly and helpfull owners. Breakfast is special, carefully selected with fresh, regional and homemade food and beverages.
