Regarding your comment about the restaurant staff’s clothing: all our team members are provided with uniforms appropriate to their department, and this is something we check daily. Our restaurant staff wears coordinated polo shirts and matching aprons (for both women and men). That said, we will certainly discuss your feedback internally. Dear Eva, thank you for your comment. We kindly recommend our guests to smoke only on the hotel terrace by the restaurant or in front of the hotel entrance. For safety reasons, ashtrays are placed on our balconies, as they are made entirely of wood. We are currently adding information stickers in all rooms to provide clearer guidance on smoking on the balconies. We are genuinely sorry to hear that our dinner buffet did not fully meet your expectations. In fact, we usually receive very positive feedback from guests in this area. Our daily changing dinner offer includes: – a soup with various toppings, – a rich salad buffet with different dressings, oils, vinegars, and toppings, – a choice of three main dishes (meat, fish, and vegetarian), – and a selection of cakes and ice cream for dessert. All the more, we regret that your experience was negatively affected by the kitchen ventilation system located near your room. We sincerely apologize for the noise and unpleasant smell that disturbed your stay, especially at night and when trying to enjoy your balcony.
