Fantastic hotel. It's new, modern, esthetic. The breakfast is on the top floor - a bar in the evening - with an amazing view on Salzburg. It's a bit outside of the city center, but it has lots of parking space - which was important for me.

This property is a lovely, very modern, surprise. This not your quaint Salzburg property. It is a sleek, modern, very well run hotel that exceeded my and my family' s expectation. We look forward to going back and enjoying everything again... and again... go and enjoy!

Strict dress code prevented us eating dinner at the Sky Restaurant. Staff could have been friendlier!

The place was indeed 'COOL', and i don't know what constitutes as a place being 'mama' but I'm sure it succeeded to fulfill those requirements as well.

1) The rooftop bar being shut on Sundays was a bit of a letdown. 2) The commute from Salzburg Hauptbahnhof is slightly inconvenient — the bus drops at Salzburg Arena, and the short walk to the hotel can feel dingy and poorly lit at night.

As an American in Austria, we were treated well and the staff were exceptionally helpful with directions and generally getting around the area.

The stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience and the staff complimented the beautiful hotel the only drawback was my stay was just for one night.

The staff were exceptional very helpful explaining about public transport and explaining the city tax included free access to public transport. The member of staff printed us off travel passes and provided us with time tables and recommendations of what to see and were to eat and go for a drink. When checking out the following day I witnessed a guest complaining about a 5 Euro daily charge for parking which I was aware of as the booking information explained this and also when I checked in I was informed of this. The guest was addiment that "Booking" stated it was free. The issue was handled very professionally by the member of staff on the reception desk. The hotel was modern, clean and the room spacious with smart tv and smart lighting. The breakfast in the Sky lounge was high quality and the views of the surrounding mountains of Salzburg breathe taking. Breakfast is an absolute must for the experience.

Longer to the busses than expected. And some roadway there more dangerous to cross than expected.

Good employees, was able to check out an hour later free of charge. Rooms are good and quiet.

Bookin stated at the time of booking that parking was available in a garage and did not write the amount of money, but at the hotel it stated that the hotel's parking spaces are subject to fees. This should have been clarified at the time of booking.

The room was very nice and very clean. Modern, good quality materials, bed comfortable, bathroom very clean, good water pressure - altogether a great room. Easy parking at hotel. Breakfast had a large assortiment - all that I had was tasty - the restaurant has a fantastic view of the city.

Great modern hotel. It was clean. The beds are on the firmer side which was amazing for me. It is outside of the main tourist area but a short walk to two different bus stops that bring you right into the tourist spots. The mobility ticket made public transport a breeze. Great stay. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed the most part except they provided a very thin and light pillow. No water kettle

The hotel looks so new and very clean. The facility is very modern. The room has coffee machine but not water kettle. It’s some distance from the city and need 30 min bus ride and 8 min walk. The area is quiet with suburb feel.
