Room is part of a commercial building where events happen on the group floor. Have to go to another floor for the bathroom which is inconvenient.

While it is clearly mentioned that the bathroom and toilets are not on the same floor of the room. It's 4 flights of stairs to hike to either of them!! There's no water source on the floor where the rooms are; which means hand washing, tooth brushing anything to do with water it's a hike down and back up. The toilets are shared with the gym and other facilities in the building; after our first day the toilet paper was used up and not replaced for another 24 hours- we had to buy our own toilet paper!! There's a note in the kitchen stating "no cooking is allowed", best not to count on cooking here when on booking.com's page saying there's a kitchen

The location doesn't get any better than this. Honestly, the only reason for taking up this place is the prime location. I also find the staff who communicate via booking.com is very friendly and well spoken. You just need to be very organized with traveling up and down the stairs for multiple purposes to save your legs!!

The bathroom was three floors underneath, with a lot of steps. There was no elevator to get to the room, we were carrying a big suitcase a lot of floors with.

The bathroom smells like cat litter. They did not clean it before my arrival, only on the last day and even then I didn’t really notice a change. The smell is discussing! There was a kitchen but there were no kitchen appliances like pots pans plates or cutlery, so it’s quite useless and misleading. The explanation about when to return the key was really unclear. It’s written everywhere that you have to return the key to to the box so I understood it as returning it after every use. Turned out I was supposed to take it and not return until the end of the stay, so I got locked in the apartment accidentally by an another guest.

As mentioned on other reviews, the situation with the toilet/shower is strange. We knew the toilet and shower would be separate going into it but the fact it’s three floors below and you need a different key to open both the toilet and shower is just a bit odd!

Really kind and helpful host, the room was spotless and was in a great location.

I didn't like the bathroom being so far from the room, I knew it was outside the room, that wasn't a problem, the problem was the bathroom was 3 stairs down, practically opposite the entrance to the club. It was difficult to find, I arrived at night and we thought Google was wrong, so we wasted more than an hour searching on foot, because what Google showed was a nightclub, and in fact the room was on the stairs above, I don't see a problem with him putting this reference, as the noise from the club does not enter the room. This waste of time was very stressful and tiring, causing me to enter the room unsatisfied.

Only the location is good.

Cancelled our stay as it is impossible for us to stay in a dilapidated place with no air con and lift. Toilet in separate flight of stairs. Toilet in 1 St floor. Shower in2nd floor. Our room on the 6th floor. Shared toilet and shower with keys locked outside its doors.

I HATED the bathroom situation. On the booking app it said the bathroom was in the unit. What ended up was going down two flights of stairs, to practically the lobby of the building, to do anything-wash hands, brush teeth, shower, toilet. And you had to bring your keys all the time, as the request is to always lock the door. Also, if you are person who gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom... it looks like a horror film. There was a wasp in my room the first night. I got weird bug bites. I also found a nail clipping on the floor. Also the kitchenette is decieving, as you cant do anything but use a kettle and microwave, even though the photos show a stove top. There is no water source except the drinking water cooler. There is an elevator, and it works, it just doesnt go to the floor of Suite 1-3. It is locked. I actually left on the third day of my stay. What sealed the deal was, I had to use the bathroom early one morning, and someone was smoking marajuana in the office next to the bathroom. so the bathroom and that whole alcove smelled of pot. Unfortunately, I am allergic to pot, and ended up itching for a few hours after this. The whole situation stressed me out so much. I left. I would ask for a refund , but it clearly states no refunds on booking.

If you dont mind the bathroom situation... The bed was comfy, and the location is 5 stars. It is close to EVERYTHING.

WiFi didn't work, I asked them and they answered quite late, and they were not helpful. WiFi was quite important for me as I didn't have roaming. The "kitchen" didn't have tap water. They had an empty bottle of water

This is not a suite at all. You can classify only as a better hostel. Bathroom and toilets (seperate) are 2 floor down in the stairs of a business center! Floor tiles are so old that making noise even with the slowest walk on it, including the whole floor. You can easily hear neighbor room's voices. Even we have woke up with the phone alarm of the other room's at 6:30 AM!

In the heart of downtown, nearby Hofburg Palace, very easy to reach everywhere.

there was a door in our room that was locked but people on the other side were trying to open it. the bathroom was disgusting and had to walk a lot to it. the building was very very strange and the owner doesn’t seem to care about the experience of the customers, just the money. very sad and dystopian.

In this building they organize concerts and they also made rooms. Bathroom is outside the room, but not in the same floor. It is near concert hall so when you want to take a shower people who came to the concert can see you with towel and soap in your hands and in slippers and pigamas. I read that I will share bathroom but I couldn't imagine it in this way. Next thing is that in room you can hear everything. I could hear all the conversation of two people in the next room. Fotunatelly they spoke other language. The first night some girl in the hall was screaming for an hour and a half like somebody wants to hurt her and nobady did nothing because there is no reception and there isn't stuff in this "hotel". It was just crasy and it was terrible to hear her. The problem of this hotel is that this is not a hotel, it's more like some kind of youthhostel. I would say that in youthhostel I would have more pleasant stay than in this "hotel". I don't know who checks if something is true on Booking and if nobady does somebady should do it. No one came to check my personal document either, so no one registered me either.

Nothing. It is true that room is in the center, but it was such a terrible experience that this fact is not important. This is not hotel, it is something like youthhostel, but I woul say it is less than youthhostel.

1. The bed was cracking all the time and making a lit of noise. 2. The room area didn't have any sink or somewhere to wash hands, and you always had to go 2 floors down, even to wash your hands or face. 3. I understand that toilets and bathroom are 2 floors down, and if you want to go shower in the evening, there is a night club and you have to feel uncomfortable to go down shower or toilet while many people dressed up for a party and shouting next to you. We basically just didn't shower and wait until morning to go down to the bathroom.

Hard to find the room, when I asked for clarification over messages with the host they were rude and refused to help. A woman at a hotel desk helped me. The couch was dirty and the bathrooms are down multiple flights of stairs (not just one like in the description).

The bathroom was on the first floor. We lived on the third floor. It wasn’t not so comfortable to go through the cold hall after the shower. The kitchen is not well-equipped.There are only an electrical kettle and a small fridge. No microwave. If you want to cook smth. , you cannot.

The room was cosy. Pillows were comfortable.

Our stay was really bad. The setup is so inconvenient. If you need to use the bathroom at night, you have to go down two floors and unlock two doors. To make things worse, the toilet and bathroom are separate, and everyone uses the same key. My husband even walked in on another guest in a very awkward situation. There’s no sink in the kitchen either, so if you want to wash your hands before eating, you have to go through the hassle of going down two floors and unlocking doors. I was afraid to even drink water before bed to avoid all that trouble. Oh and I forgot only on plug in the room. If you want a comfortable stay, don’t book this place!

The best part was its convenient location near local attractions. The bed was fine for a one-night stay, but not comfortable enough for a longer visit

The toilet and shower are too far away. The kitchen was unusable. There was no sink. My wife has allergies and we needed to cook for ourselves so this apartment was totally unsuitable. It was like camping.
