The old Lady was very helpful.

I did not get a room like the one shown in the photos when I made the reservation through the booking site. Similarly, the bathroom did not match which was presented at booking. The shower curtain in the bathroom was full of mold and dirt, and the showerhead was even worse. Because of this, we didn’t use the bathroom at all. The furniture in the room was very old and worn out.

Location was beautiful Breakfast was lovely

We struggled to check in, we arrived at the correct time and the hotel was all in darkness. The hotel was dated, and the beds were very uncomfortable, especially the pull out one. Bathroom was dated, not much hot water in the shower. Overall, we felt like an inconvenience.

Owner was very friendly & helpful. Location very good. Wonderful breakfast.

Nothing

The hostess was very helpful and friendly from the instance that we met her to the time where we had to leave. Any questions or requests were met with a big smile and the sense that she actually cared about our comfort. For the price that we paid, we got exactly what we imagined (and even more) and we enjoyed our short stay at the hotel very much. We would love to come again!

Due to snowfall the night before our arrival, the snow plough had not been through the parking lot yet and we struggled getting our car out of the snow when we tried to leave. We managed though and it was just a small hick-up during an overall good vacation.

Swimming pool Sonna bath Ping pong and billiards for children’s

Staff and manager not understanding English. And not much cooperative. We asked we in advance check in earlier but on arrival we have to wait for check in.

Property have swimming pool but it’s open only afternoon some time not open and close 7:00pm. Sonna bath also limited entries.

Staff is not cooperative. They behave like rude. Sometimes we ask they reply very angry. We made mistake to pay all the amount in advance that’s how they are not respect their customers.

Near the lift, nice owner, perfect view!

Don’t have warm breakfast

Good location very close to lift. Very good seating options in the evening, good leisure activities - billiard, table tennis, football table

Bit of a retro flair

Location, right next to the ski lift.

Poor, outdated facilities that would need maintenance. Bed lamps that have seen better days. Broken bulbs. Pale light. Old fashioned, worn out furniture and carpet. The bathroom door wouldn’t close! Breakfast was okay in terms of variety but it was all industrial processed food. Overall below average value for the money. The location doesn’t not make up for the price.

Location is great! Very friendly staff, our check in was at 21:30 at evening was ok.

Our room was quite old and there was a smell of old stuff on one of rooms. Bathroom was also old, but clean. All good places at the breakfast were reserved beforehand, so no opportunity to have a nice view. Breakfast wasn’t the best but good enough.

The personal makes all the money :-) very dedicated person working and helping with everything: breakfarst, dinner, bar, rooms. The location is fantastic and the view unbeatable.

Bathroom

I paid for a bigger and brighter room but I got a smaller semi-room hole of mouse. Waste of money! You will not get the room that is on the pictures! The staff in reception be like not helpful, not kind and no respect. NOT RECOMMENDED! That price you will find much better accommodation around there.

Idéale location for skiers, ski slope 10m from the hotel.
