The underground garage is a bit far, more like 400m not 150m. The floor should have been cleaner in the room.

We did not book parking, i missed ingormation ot 2as required, all places were busy, but we had a good recommedation of public parking and we left car there free of charge. I was hoping t to have Lake view, but it was city center.

Nothing - but parking was messed up - BY OURSELF. Luckily there was a large FREE parking only 4-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Worked perfectly.

Super clean, very spacious and modern room with all you need. Nice bathroom and very good bed - quiet. PS In the morning we had the best breakfast ever in «Konditorei - Cafe Frauenschuh» just down the road.

Das Mondsee is located within a short walking distance from the downtown shops and restaurants of Mondsee. There’s a very beautiful patio outside where you can relax. A river runs by which provides for a soothing sound. Rooms were impeccable maintained. Very clean. High quality furnishings. Beautiful bathroom. Comfortable bedding. Good WiFi reception. Easy check in albeit not in person. Online checkin prior to arrival is required. There is no lobby but customer service replies reasonably quick through WhatsApp. There is a community room where you can work or prepare something small. Well outfitted with dishes, glasses and cutlery. If you arrive late, there is a vending machine that stocks the basics as well. If I would return to Mondsee I would stay here again. Recommended.

There was none, maybe the only negative thing is the late check in - it was at 15:00 (15:20 - was when we finally got our keys to our room)

I really like our room, it was perfectly bright, spotlessly clean and very cosy. We booked a parking spot as well, it was right in front of our window. The apartman is right next to a small river, so in the evening you can listen the water. The bathroom was huge and well equipped. We had a coffee maschine in the room, with 2 capsules and a electric fireplace.

The only downside is that everything cost extra money. Clean towels, room cleaning and cups for coffee is all extra charge. Which in my opnion is crazy for the price you pay for the rooms.

The rooms were very nice and clean. You have everything you need for a hotel room. The location is so pretty and everything is nearby. I would suggest not to pay 10 euro’s per night for parking, there is free parking 5 min walk next to the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean and looked very modern. If you book I would advice to get a room with balcony.

Very nicely decorated, modern, clean and spacious apartment. Short walk from shops, restaurants and lake. The check-in process was clear and efficient. We had some troubles getting the chip for parking but the host was able to quickly assist and resolve the issue.

Our apartments were on the 1st floor, and the floor was quite cold. It would not be a bad idea to leave slippers in the apartments on the 1st floor. Because walking from the shower to the bed on cold tiles is not a great pleasure. The entrance door on the 1st floor does not close properly and you can hear "clicks" all the time, inside the apartments.

It was clean. Clean linen on the bed, towels, nice interior.

Good and quiet location near the river, a comfortable parking space. Cosy atmosphere. The entire hotel is well-maintained and tidy.
