The sauna was nice and operated properly but no cold water dip, ice or bucket and the sauna area is generally very cramped. Still better than without any wellness but more extensive facilities are expected nowadays at these prices.

The breakfast was great. Not a huge selection but everything was tasty and fresh. The coffee automat could serve hot chocolate as well (currently only coffee)

as i came on 21/4, there was nobody in the hotel. I had to register myself with the "machine" to get the key. That is so. The big problem is that the key board of this machine does not allow to use many complex characters like ()_€ etc etc. It was impossible to enter my email "pascal_charlier@hotmail.com" because the "_" character is not existing ... not acceptable

The location was great for us, we chose it because its very close to the high way. But it's not that close to the lake.

The room itself was cold, even with the heating turned all the way up, not sure if it worked properly

This Hotel is quite nice, great breakfast, a nice view and was easy to get to. The spa and sauna was included with our stay, but we did not get a chance to use it, as we were busy travelling around. The hotel has a great location (if you have a car- it’s upper Austria, forget public transport) and it’s close to one of the nicest lakes in Austria, also close to all the touristy spots

The hotel is located outside the city, but regarding the character of the region it is not a problem. When you come to explore Saltzkammergut region by car, you may not mind that the hotel is located cca 20-30 minutes walk from nearest restaurant.

The hotel is very nice, we had the impression that all equipment was brand new. Everything was very clean and the staff was always friendly and professional. The breakfast was great, there was never a problem with parking. There is possibility to buy small snacks at the hotel, and the bar and restaurant are open quite long, too.

Hairdryer in the bathroom was pretty much useless, no warm air and it had almost no power.

Rooms are cosy, modern, nice and clean. Hotel located by the A1 autobahn, so keep in mind it might get a bit noisy if you keep windows open. If closed, you hear nothing. Excelent breakfast, wide menu, even vegan and vegetarian options. Sauna is a plus too, though if there was some cool down area, it would be a huge improvement (now there is just a shower and a bench outside the sauna).

We arrived late in the evening and could not get anything to eat anymore. It's logical that the kitchen closes at a certain time. But it would have been nice , if some snacks/sandwiches or so would have been available
