Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandThe light in the apartment is very bad. In the living room there is only weak light over the table. Plaing games is possible only on the table. If someone wants to seat on the sofa and play or read something it is impossible, because there is no light. In the bedroom is also dark - I had to read the book with my flashlight on the phone, because lamps were so weak.
Apartment is nice, big and clean, the kitchen is well equipped.

NetherlandsThe hotel is located to the road where some traffic starts early at 5:30. A small refrigerator would add some more comfort to the room.
The room was vert clean, breakfast had lots of choices and was excellent. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Saalfelden is nearby and walking possibilities start at the hotel.

Comfortable dining area in the appartment (five comfy chairs + big table) just perfect for us five. Pleasant sauna and related relax zone. Very kind host, who did not say a word of complaint, when we non-intentionally stayed longer in sauna.

NetherlandsThe ladder that leads up to the second bed in the 4-person room can be a little bit tricky.
Really friendly staff! Rooms were clean and spacious, bathroom was very good. I stayed with some friends and the skybox that is open for guest to use was an excellent location for playing games and chatting. Breakfast was great and very fresh. We could use the sauna as well which was nice after a full day of skiing!
