We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomQuite noisy at night but that is only because it is next to pubs and restaurants. Buy some ear plugs if required! Parking is tricky in Zell am See but there are expensive options available if required.
Fabulous location right in the centre next to restaurants and only 5 mins walk from the lift. Apartment is very well equipped for a week's ski holiday. Host answered my questions very promptly and was excellent.

CyprusThere is a lot of mold in both bedrooms. The garbage bin outside was full, hence we could not leave the garbage there.
The location is perfect, just 5 minutes by walk to the City Express. The supermarket is around the corner. All the necessary equipment in the kitchen. The host was very friendly and nice.

AustraliaIt was really noisy every afternoon. The pub next door had daily Après Ski sessions playing the same loud sound track everyday so if you wanted to go home to a quiet place at about 4pm, it would not be the place for you. The music would play for several hours. Also being near pubs, you would often get people talking on the streets/hanging around outside the apartment after midnight. This was not ideal.
It was self catering so no breakfasts included. Excellent supermarket close by. Close to ski lift. Fantastic to have the use of a washing machine. Great little village. The host was very responsive and helpful when we contacted them to ask a question about the accommodation.

United KingdomAll was good apart from one bar we went to pay bill and asked for cash which caused an issue as have paid on contactless most times in same bar. Recommend pay as you go don't have tab.
Self catering but close to shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants. Close to the leisure center. Free parking for the car. short walk to City lift and ski hire. Bus station across road for post bus to other areas if required.

Perfect location in the centre of town and very close to facilities, town Christmas market and the ski lifts, including the ski bus too. Very well laid out apartment with excellent kitchen and large bathroom. Very well equipped too
