Instructions for check in should be more clear, and host took a while to respond. Also, the rug in the common bathroom was always wet, which was a bit annoying. Its self check in, but only until 10pm.

some extra furniture would be nice for the luggage and some more power sockets for charging phones etc. our room didn’t have heating, which would be nice for the beginning of may (it was still quite cold at night).

I couldn;'t find the address on Google Maps so emailed and SMSd the owner an hour or two before I arrived. Unfortunately he did not reply and I ended up at the wrong location. I had to phone and only then did he send me the directions (which were very thorough). On arrival I joined a queue of people trying to get into the appartment, whose codes did not work. Eventually one managed to get in and after that everything was good.

I think it has to do with a bit of luck but when I was staying there the other guests were very unhygienic and the bathroom was super dirty (not sure how often they clean it..) and my room was next to the bathroom - a lot of people were showering late in the night and it was super noisy

There is nothing that I didn't like, but it would be nice to have a few saucepans for cooking.. Another thing that was not a problem for me as the weather was nice, but in winter, the bedding should be a bit warmer (blankets and thicker duvets would be great)

The place is very well located in an old, well kept building and is very quiet at night. It was done up recently and everything is clean. I liked the way they decorated it in a style that reminded the Secession art movement. The water was warm for the shower and there is a small kitchen which can be very useful.

A girl next room knock on my door saying that she hear how I walk in room? WTF gurl… Crazy people, of course that I would use my room. What shuld she say if Inplay some music 🤣🤣 Mybe some better sound isolation between room doors. Dunno.

the person behind the whatsapp number its not very willing to help, the first day i did not know how the outside lock works and ask him and after i left i did not got an answer. Maybe if the place its crowded the bathroom its going to be a problem, there's only one for girls and one for boys and one single shower, if i count correctly there's 8 rooms. Fortunately for me there was only one couple staying at the same time that me.

the place its very good, the location is nice as you can reach everything walking, in bike or by metro. It's self check in and out, I did not saw anyone that works for this rooms once in my 4 day's stay. There's a SPAR in the corner which is very convenient and a bike station in the next street.

- not easy to get in with the locker key; - owner didn't share the WiFi info, it's not written anywhere so I was without any connection trying to find anyone in the apt to ask (better write it down on the wall & etc) - no common table to eat; - too hot in the room without the possibility to change the heater's temp or switch it off - felt extreme necessity for having small hangers on the door / wall for towels

Easy walk to main tourist spots but far enough away to be quiet and feel more local. Great coffee shops nearby. Felt like home. Needed to stay an extra night and host was very accommodating.

Staff was not available in person. Replies to inquiries delayed a little sometimes. WiFi failed sometimes, but in general worked fine. One single shower to share with other 6 guest rooms.

Excellent location. 1 min walk to bus stop, 5 to subway. Walking distance to many local atractions. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. A public parking at the side of the building is available for a very reasonable price. Check-in and out were remotely handled, but instructions were extremely easy to follow.

The room was not clean, hair and dust on the ground but overall was good.

Everything was perfect, the kitchen and bathrooms always clean and the decoration of the place is very good. The host is very kind and helpful.
