Very comfortable and clean

A bit far away from the city center (30 min walk )

Instructions for check in should be more clear, and host took a while to respond. Also, the rug in the common bathroom was always wet, which was a bit annoying. Its self check in, but only until 10pm.

Unclean, rude host , felt insecure

Great location. Nice and spacious room. Walking distance to Museum quarter, Schobrunner palace (like 15-30 min max). Close to Mariahlife street, where you can find restaurants, shopping malls, etc.

One shower room for 8 rooms! When booking, I knew it would be a common shower, but I didn't realize it is for 8 rooms (= 16 people or more). It was impossible to get there in the evening or morning - always busy. If a woman enters the shower -it is a 30 min waiting. Especially that she had long hair and she dried it there (where the hairdryer is). So if you have plans for the morning, just forget about taking a shower. Then - the hygienic aspect - hairs in the shower, beahhh. I noticed that the cleaning happened in the afternoon, BUT if you shower in the morning after somebody (and yes, there is a line to wait so not too much time to clean afterwards), it is the hairs (it happened with male hair - and I just refused to enter the bath, and the next morning with long lady hair that blocked the drainage). This is just not hygienic.

great location, quiet building, very clean, spacious room

some extra furniture would be nice for the luggage and some more power sockets for charging phones etc. our room didn’t have heating, which would be nice for the beginning of may (it was still quite cold at night).

I couldn;'t find the address on Google Maps so emailed and SMSd the owner an hour or two before I arrived. Unfortunately he did not reply and I ended up at the wrong location. I had to phone and only then did he send me the directions (which were very thorough). On arrival I joined a queue of people trying to get into the appartment, whose codes did not work. Eventually one managed to get in and after that everything was good.

Very clean and it s nice that they had even washing liquid and washing balls provided for clothing. They do care. The staff kept in contact with me even though I arrived after check in hours. They made sure I find the place and get it

The location is close to Marihifle strasse, a 10-minute walk away.

I had a hard time finding accommodation even though it was close to the centre. Room number 1 was not marked. The bed was anything but comfortable. It creaked terribly, which I informed the owner about, but he said he would fix it when I left the accommodation.

It has a very ideal location and for the price it’s very good!

I think it has to do with a bit of luck but when I was staying there the other guests were very unhygienic and the bathroom was super dirty (not sure how often they clean it..) and my room was next to the bathroom - a lot of people were showering late in the night and it was super noisy

The place is very well located in an old, well kept building and is very quiet at night. It was done up recently and everything is clean. I liked the way they decorated it in a style that reminded the Secession art movement. The water was warm for the shower and there is a small kitchen which can be very useful.

There is nothing that I didn't like, but it would be nice to have a few saucepans for cooking.. Another thing that was not a problem for me as the weather was nice, but in winter, the bedding should be a bit warmer (blankets and thicker duvets would be great)
