The room has no ventilation, looks like they have no windows opened, outside was cool but inside the room and in the bed was very hot, very uncomfortable to sleep. It had a fan inside the room but it was on the floor, so in my bed that was up I didn’t feel any air coming. Also no soap in the bathrooms and no hair dryer.

The kitchen and the code system that you can use to open the doors and also lock your bed. You don’t need to carry any card, just use the code they give to you.

On the downside, there was really a lot of noise: doors constantly slamming, and other guests completely ignored the request to keep quiet in the evenings and at night. After check-out in the morning, the code for accessing the kitchen and luggage room did not work. When we tried to contact the receptionist through the intercom, the connection was very poor; she couldn’t hear the reservation number, couldn’t find our booking, and couldn’t help us. Thankfully, the cleaning staff were very kind and managed to contact the administrator, and only by 12 a.m. the issue with the code, and our access to the luggage and kitchen , was resolved.

The hostel has an excellent location, very affordable rates, and was spotlessly clean. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, with the option to store luggage both before and after the stay, as well as use the kitchen. The décor was nice.

The way beds close you may feel like in a cage, and there's almost nowhere to put your luggage apart on your bed and lock in there. The room was hot during hot weather outside, and although there were 2 fans in the room, it was difficult to use them as there were enough plugs and properate space for the fans.

It was summer when we went there, there was no ac, the fan provided was a small fan that does not reach the upper decker guests, so the windows had to be opened as well for ventilation. The people outside the building seems like nonstop talking and occasional shouting as well which made the stay unpleasant.

It is a walking distance from the hBf, you will get a privacy from your bed as it has like a lockable door.

unfortunately there was barely any space elsewhere in the room to put your bag or so, so i ended up keeping it in my bed niche, which made sleeping a less comfortable. noisy outdoor area, but due to the sticky air we had to keep the windows open

there is a nice concept of bed-lockers, so during daytime your could leave everything in there and lock it savely. the sanitary rooms and the communal kitchen was kept clean by the staff and was equiped just right.

The here’s no staff and you must save the information the hotel sends you at check in. Noticed that some people checking in after me had a harder time getting in because they couldn’t find their check in information. Also my code didn’t open the door - as I needed to retrieve my luggage in the locker room - after I checked out. Had to ask someone nobre to open the door for me.

Centrally located and private - like capsule - beds were a plus. Spacious and good bathrooms and showers.

Security: safe until something goes wrong. The hostel is not responsible for food theft from the fridge, which actually happened to me Regular change of visitors : people often book this hostel for 1-2 nights. This makes it inconvenient for long stays as often travellers arrive or leave during the night.

Was allotted a top bunk although I requested a bottom one and the Hostel confirmed it. No air conditioning in the room, it got really hot at night.

Right in front of Wien Hbf. 10/10 for location. Good ambience, nice beds. Everything was clean and worked just fine. Very simple check-in process, no hassles.

Great common areas and the bathrooms are very clean. HOWEVER we got a room that was so small and ridiculously hot. It was like being situated in a train, we were 4 people in that room we didn't have space to place our luggage on the floor we had to stack them.

The beds had locks but there were no actual lockers in the room so I ended up sleeping with my bags in my bed with me, and the beds got quite hot and stuffy as there was little ventilation in the bottom bunks unless you kept the door open.

A decent hostel that has all the necessities and everything you could need. They also allow you to stay in the kitchen/social area if you arrive earlier than check in or need to stay later than the check out time for no extra charge, you just can't access the bathroom.

Many things are quite loud there. I recommend bringing earplugs. The door locks beep loudly, and they can be heard from inside the room. The locks on the bed doors are even louder. Moreover, many people are confused about which of the 3 PIN numbers they should use, so they type a lot (the locks beep on every click). The beds are also quite squeaky, and the wooden doors make sound as well.

Very good location right next to the railway station. It's possible to come late/leave early. The beds have sliding wooden doors, creating a relatively private space. Each shower is a separate room with enough space for dressing. Nice common room with a well-equipped kitchen and a fridge. It is possible to come to the common area before check-in and leave after check-out and store luggage (it's not very secured though).

SHAMPOO: That there was no soap or shampoo anywhere near the showers. That is something I expect to see even in any hostel. There was soap in the toilet for sure. WINDOW SHIELD: I needed also instructions how to lower the window shield once it was up. Some information about that somewhere close tot he window would be good. ACCESS WITHOUT RECEPTIONIST: Additionally, I felt disoriented in the arrival (I arrived late, about 22:00), as the door texts which appeared once I fingered my pins were in German, so I didn't know whether I am allowed to push/pull the door or not. Other guests in the premises helped me, thanks a lot!

orientation within the premises once I as in, without any help from any stuff members, easy floor plan. I liked the design and the quality of objects, sheets etc. Also, I liked the architecture of the bedroom, and the lightness of the shared room which opens directly to the square.
