I would expect more attention to detail while cleaning. Dirty windows, spotted areas around the room ..the bed was clean, towels as well. Also, the parking rate was not mentioned in the ad, so it was surprising it was not included in the price.

The location is great. The room had a very nice view, and a comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was tasty. The possibility to park in the hotel's garage - but, for checking in, we didn't know where to leave the car and nearly got a fine.

- sewage smell (mostly outside) - not a problem on higher floors - not properly cleaned rooms - dirty corners, windows etc - ripped curtains and similar little details

Bathrooms smelled bad, most likely from the sewers. We didnt had breakfast on site, as it was very expensive, but there are caffes nearby.

Location close to the subway. Rooms are modern and reasonable in size.

when you book a nice room the last thing you expect is to see torn and frayed tulle on the window… it spoils the whole atmosphere

Is not an issue, 35 minutes with metro to city center, so is very easy to plan your trip, must be careful with the metro, only one go to Seeastadt, but at every 3-10 minutes you have a connection. So we were confused 5 minutes at first trip but after we understand how it works, everything was nice and easy

I had a call with the online support, it was from Germany and the support was unpolite and couldnt help me when I asked for an one day early check-out.

The overall was good, the lunch was good but too expensive.

It's not for tourist as it is rather far outside of the city center.

Newer hotel (2021) with easy check in. Great value for the size of the room. Quiet community of Vienna and located right at the base of the metro stop. Man-made lake within walking distance for swimming.

It good , but AC it not work or it need to open windows to work it some light it’s doesn’t work , I ordered separate bed but they gave me a large bed , so far from city centre .

Room was definitely too hot, especially at night, even though I set the air con at 18 degrees. I have the feeling air con is completely switched off at night, which might be unpleasant in summer. There was no way to lift the shutters to enjoy the view from the 20th floor, unfortunately. Almost all drinks in the mini bar came with caps but no bottle opener was provided.

More than a room, it's a spacious, functional, soundproof and comfy apartment with lots of drawers and compartments to store things. The design is modern and pleasing to the eye and the lights in the bedroom and in the living room give a cool atmosphere as you can regulate it as you like and it comes in different colours. In the living room there's also a mini bar where 2 bottles of water (still and sparkling), wine, Coca-Cola and apple juice are provided free of charge. The hotel is 30 minutes away from the centre but the tube (U-Bahn) is literally next to it, taking you to most city attractions. Hotel provides buffet for breakfast, but if you're in a rush and want to grab something on the go, there is a small bakery besides the hotel. Overall a nice hotel if you don't mind the "long" ride by tube.

A little bit noise from the train. You need to ask for cleaning the room. A little bit far from the centre and the airport

The staff was unhappy with the program, in the evening there was no one at the reception, they had to call the manager, I had to make a change to the reservation and he did not answer the phone, he was the only one who could give the order to make the change in the system, to my question, the time in the morning will be there, they answered me normally it should be at 8 but it goes at 9/9·:30 I had to be at the airport so I did not meet him and they did not help me from the hotel to change the reservation

The room was very hot. I stayed in March and it was over 25 degreee. Opening a window did not help. The cleaning needs more attention. Finger prints on doors and desk. And it waa very dusty.

The room was spacious. Bed comfortable. There was a fridge. Nice view. A bakery, some shops + subway around the corner. Due to the curtains and sunscreen outside it was nice and dark in the room.

Far away from the city and the highway, lack of parking places and necessity of looking for a public parking outside the hotel , In the evening the service was not a great one, searching in their mobiles, in the morning the service was professional
