Older, but clean and spacious room. Close to the main road. The monatery (Kloster) is also reachable by foot. Also ideal for bicyclists (e.g. Alpe-Adria). Comfortable beds.

no amenities, no dryer, no wifi....but considering the cost, it was good for me. I stayed just one day. I think the city looked very beautiful. And the owner was so kind.

Stefan was beyond helpful, I don't think I have experienced this kind of personal attitude even in the most high-end accommodations. Me and my dog were pampered and each of our needs were met. The room itself was simple, but it had excellent price-performance value. Would recommend to anyone anytime. Thank you so much, Stefan.

Stefan managed to make our experience in Carinthia much better than expected. He's been very friendly and made us feel like at home. We have also tried his restaurant in Rosegg (Füchs und Hase) and we have been really well impressed

BlueBird Bed & Breakfast is a really good accommodation close to Villach (8 km) and to the highway. The room was clean, we had everything what we need: parking place, kind host. The breakfast was really delicious. The most important is that this accommodation is pet friendly. It was good to met Stefan and Timmy. Thank you very much :) I hope we can return soon. Dorottya

The room with a bathroom and toilet had no door, so if you went to the toilet, you had no privacy and everything could be heard and smelled in the room.

The owner was helpful and friendly. Communication was excellent.

Nothing at all

The host was very kind and welcoming and easy to communicate with. He was available whenever needed. And the breakfast he prepared for us was a perfect morning delight. The location was perfect for our dog because we found a trail close by for walks.

Amazing for the low price. Stefan is a most caring and generous host creating a home from home atmosphere. He couldn't do enough for his guests. As I was on a walking only holiday he collected me from my destination, where I forgot 🫣 my walking poles (a 15min drive away) and Stefan went to find them for me!!! What a hero! The breakfast just blew me and others who stayed away. Delicious, varied, more than plentiful and always full of surprises. Thank you Stephan. Your exceptional care and support on my last few days of the Jakobsweg were invaluable 🙏. Til next time 🤗

The room itself met all my expectation for a comfortable Bed/breakfast ,which is located close the expressway exit. Stefan, the host, has made my stay truly exceptional ,offering us a rich breakfast with good selection of Cheese/juice/fruit/sausages etc.. He indeed tried to offer with something new for breakfast for my 3 stays there. The house also has some entertainment facilities such as Pools, dart (if i remember correctly).. All in all , it is a lovely place with great host .. Fully recommended..

Super friendly welcome and owner, Stephan really makes you feel at home. I was traveling by motorcycle and he immediately offered to get a washing machine going for my clothes. The rooms are not luxurious but the bed’s comfortable, the rooms very clean and the shower hot. Most of all, Stefan served probably the best breakfast I had in any hotel since long while. In the evening, there a good italian restaurant right around the corner, so no need to get back on the road.

Everything was very nice. Especially Stefan, super helpful, I was arriving very late, and he waited for me, without any questions, Super nice customer service, It's rare like this. Room was nice as well, for sure. Recommended!
