Location quite near to airport and in quiet neighbourhood at the entrance of Vienna. The parking place behind of the building and it should be indicated in instructions . Comfortable beds , fridge and electric cattle. Self check-in and check out.

Bad WiFi signal in the room n6. And a lot of dust. Obviously it was not clean many days.

Good place to stay, will use it again.

10 minutes' walk from OBERLAA metro station. The owner will send you the gate code on the morning of your arrival. This means you can enter at any time, no matter how late you arrive.

We were there only for one night for a sleep but the Room was very nice and comfy. We take a good rest before our Flight.

Nothing, just the fast and polite communication via chat.

I stayed in the single room. Super basic and it was not clean: not pleasant smell in the room and the bed sheets didn't smell clean either. There was a kettle with a cup face up and the spoon inside the cup, unbelivable! Actually not even a tea bag or instant coffee, so it was useless. No glass, no napkin, nothing. There are no proper curtains for the night, so light comes in early in the morning. To park the car, you have to go around the street (200 meters), as there's no internal passage. The Wi-Fi signal doesn't reach the room. Not a pleasant experience, luckly just one night.

Spacious apartment. Clean. Shower with bath. Metro station nearby, you are in the town center in 15 minutes. Location is on the edge of the city, you are in the countryside in 2 minutes. Also very close to the motorway. Free parking at the perfect parking place in the back garden of the location. Good communication with friendly owner. Good value for money. Recommended, especially for travelers who travel by car.

Not meant as critics, more like an advice. For convenience for the guests maybe some more glasses, cups, plates, knives, spoons, forks etc. should be added. A kitchen towel, tea towel and maybe a draining rack for the dishes would make a stay even more pleasant.

The rooms are located within an old building, with interesting architecture. Metro station is 10 minutes walk from the rooms. A problem which came up was solved by the administration very quickly.

Beds are too soft, rooms are not well soundproofed, fridge had moist, found insects in the bathroom, could be cleaner.

The location was really convenient, the area was really quiet. Room was spacious.

It needs A/C. It was way too hot in the summer.

We liked everything, it was clean, stuff provided all the information, there was a parking too

Liked the location and the room was large and bed was comfortable. It would have been a lot nicer if more attention to detail was made. For example no soap in shower ( just shampoo), lack of utensils and certainly lacked a nice vibe. I feel with a little money spent this place could be really nice.

Lack of character and homely pleasures

Great value accomodation-nothing fancy but it's cheap..we stayed for 2 nights.. the location is aprox 25 minutes from Wien downtown..nice suburb..shop and restaurants close by..

Staff were rude and didn't speak any English Ish

The place is very nice , it has markets and good coffee. The view for going for a walk in nature its perfect.

Doesn't have breakfast and it is in a good location but it is a bit far from center, you can use transport to go anywhere u want.

Location - close to the airport. They have parking. Self check-in was super easy. Rooms were clean. Bed was not really comfortable, but good enough for one night. Basic, but no complaints.

Bathroom could be more comfortable, but since it's more of an "airport" hotel, it's also good enough.

Self check-in went smoothly, convenient location near the airport.

See-through front door, clean but still wet towels. Cloged sink in the showers. Don’t recommend to spend there more than 1 night.

I like the price, because it was cheap, it could be cheaper though.

There was spider web, next to the miror, a little dust somwhere, there wasn't shampoo enough. I didn't like the location and also the fact that infront of the room was an abondon land
