I don't recommend this place at all, the person who attends and collects the money is unfriendly, and smells bad. The whole place stinks of tobacco and marijuana, the wifi doesn't work well, the room was filled with spiders and dirty sheets, the owner came all the time telling me to open the windows because according to him it smelled bad, he and the place smelled bad because of the people who worked, I wanted to pay one more day while I was looking for another place and he said no. Very unpleasant. The bathrooms without paper and smelled bad, there was no hot water either. Please don't come here. Report this place

Guy who is looking after property try to accuse me of stealing key for room I left it in doors as they instructed and I did and he then was demanding 200e for changing the lock bloody scum stay away from everyone because is discussing place toilet and showers falling a part no toilet seats and room look like from horror movie

Everything was not good They have pictures showed one, and given room is really so bad

They didnt provide anything in the toilet. No paper, soap, anything. No towels, not even any dustbin. The stuffs didnt even speak english.

Upon arriving in Vienna at 8:00 PM, the property informed us that our room had already been rented to someone else and that they could offer us a double room with a shared bathroom. This is quite problematic when traveling with a child. Furthermore, when we checked out the room, it was dirty and there was mold in the bathroom. I do not recommend it.

To be honest nothing at all. It doesn't look anything like the pictures.

It was dirty, bed was falling apart, and the electric socket had exposed cables. Toilet seat missing, filthy walls, no toilet paper provided. The person in the next room was smoking and it stinks as hell. ... seriously this was one of the worst places I stayed in.

I didn't like anything.

I booked a taxi with my child to the hotel, but the room was not available there. Then I cameback in taxi. It was very difficult for me with my child. So, the experience was not good and you did not booked the hotel. At least, the room was not available. That night was very difficult for me, and that was night time as well everything was close. And i was with my child.

Had to book elsewhere as was let down by host

The location is good, the building too and the price is OK for this. BUT...

The room had stains of dirt on the walls and the bed was half destroyed. The bathroom is missing the main door, no mirrors, no toilet paper (except when someone remembers to put it every now and then). Very unsafe atmosphere all the time. Expecially would never recommend to any single woman. Wi-fi is coming and going, not always working. Also, at the end of our stay (just one day missing), the landlord ordered us not to book again and go away, even if we did absolutely nothing bad (we basically stayed in the place only at night for sleeping). That's another big red flag.

Everything it was so bad

We were left without accommodation overnight in Vienna and our reservation was cancelled simply because our flight was delayed. We were almost left on the street because there was no way to contact and discuss further actions.
