Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CroatiaFirst of all, shuttle service was organized very well by owners, what helped me a lot . They also welcomed me with a drink when I got in hotel. Room was super clean , service was great, very pleasant. Breakfast was very rich, all you can eat. If you wanna something extra, you can ask for it. Very nice experience, better than any other hotel I use to be ... I will definitely come back with my friends, because you have everything you need in one place ! Thank you dear owners for wonderful day in your hotel!

Very nice family driven hotel. Cosy decorated, lovely dining room, fantastic salad bar with daily various options including soups, great food quality and friendly staff. The owners made effort to collect us from ski lift with flexibility. We can highly recommend.

PolandThere could be a coffee machine for breakfast with different coffee options such as cappuccino, macchiato etc. and lactose free milk. Also,comparing to other hotels, I was surprised that I cannot get a tap water for dinner. If someone wants a sweet drink, alcocholic etc will order anyway.
The shuttle to Ischgl is great since there is no free parking around the ski lift and it is quite a walk to the lift from it. The hotel is on a hill and walking to a bus can be a challange in ski boots. Food is very good and serves different eating habits. There is plenty of parking space and proper ski room.

Cozy, family run hotel. Uncomplicated shuttle included, you just need to sign up for your preferred time and they deliver you from ski room to gandolas and back. Perfect if you want to ski in Ischgl! If you are lookig for bars, restaurants, shopping and night life, then not the best option since there is nothing around the hotel. For breakfast you have coffee and eggs your way delivered to the table and a buffet. Breakfast starts at 7:30, first shuttle at 8:15, then every 30 minutes. For dinner you have a buffet for soups and salads and a homemade main dish with dessert. For the main we had 2 choices every day. Dinner starts at 18:30, I would come for the opening to make sure there are still plenty of options. Our room had a beautiful view into the valley and had everything needed. It is quiet in the area, we had a good sleep.

The hole trip and Hotel was amazing. The Stuff very friendly and helpful with what ever you have had asked for. Highly recommended... Just please note, travel to Kappl CBD/ Church first, then put in the right address of the Hotel/ Property! during winter, the steep road is very hard to tackle! Easy during the back way >> Kappl CBD/ Church >> then Hotel < < ! ! !
