Quite clean place nice view almost near center Caprun and miles to Zell am see. Also have Water bidet hose (شطاف) in one of the bathrooms. Good free parking for big cars.

There was no AC so we had trouble sleeping in the hot weather, we had some problems with washing machines and the dryers cause the are paid machines but one worked only.

It was clean, and well furnished, I like the location and the Mountain View.

Nothing really. There were 2 very minor issues that cropped up during our stay and Angelika sorted them out immediately. Very impressive.

Nice simple extremely clean and well run apartment in a very accessible location in Kaprun. Very helpful owner, and we would definitely use Elto again.

We could not figure out how the heating system does work because room temperature was set but no increase in temperature. One disadvantage is that apartment was not connected to the rest of the building, and you have to get outside to access the sauna and laundry room.

Apartment was bigger than expected, very clean and nice. We were feeling like home. Sauna room was excellent. The only think was missing in the property is a washing machine, but there is a laundry room in the building with payed washing machine and tumble dryer.

everything you need is in the apartment, sauna was working and there is a cosy recreation zone. Enough parking space. In the apartment there is everything you need to cook (except for oil). there were 4 of us but Enough space for 6 people And if you dont mind sleeping on the couch - there is space for 2 more guests:)

Sensor lights in the bathroom just don’t make sense … lights went off while in the shower & lights going on in the middle-of-the-night bathroom run is just harsh on the eyes. The kitchen cabinet arrangement was strange with eating utensils & dishes on other side of living room. Missing cabinet piece above trash can area. Also, apartment could supply a folding drying rack for clothes.

The location of the apartment was an easy downhill walk into the town & to the ski bus at the bottom of the hill. The apartment itself with windows & balconies broadcasting the views of surrounding mountains was amazing! Comfortable bedding. Nice to have 2 separate bathrooms. Use of laundry facilities in the basement was wonderful. Nice, quiet sauna & lounge area in basement. Kitchen had the essential cooking utensils. Plenty of parking available right in front of the house.

The communication with the owner was super. The apartment has two bathrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a parking lot in front of the house, the sauna is small and nice, and we managed with other visitors.

For the money a perfect match. We had all we needed, the staff was friendly and uncomplicated with our additional needs. Two bathrooms have been perfect for us after the race. When we come back to the race we will definitely come back here.

Small things: We were asked by the host to come to register and receive the discount card the next morning on the 2nd apartments building in town (5 mins of walking). It interfered with our plans to start the day early and drive towards our daily attraction. I would expect the registration to be made in our lodging, upon arrival or online, and the discount cards waiting for us in the box along with the keys. The lights in the hall and the main bathroom are triggered automatically by a motion detector which is nice except that it has no option to be switched off at night, when one doesn't want the light to go up in his face when walking to the toilet.

The place was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was very well suited and we did not need to ask for anything. View from the balcony was great, we could see the valley and the mountains, and even the cable car from the center if it is working or not. Bathroom and shower was big and comfy. Wifi worked well.

The pillows were terrible and had no structure and disrupted our sleep. These do need replacing. There was also some drainage smells in the bathrooms that wasnt pleasant and unsure where it came from.

There are a few things which can be improved. Bathrobes and/or towels, slippers for the sauna we couldn’t find in the apartment and this can be a thing to add or at least to have them at a price. The trash from the outside of the building it wasn’t taken for a week. This was not a nice view and smell in the morning because it is right in the front of the building.

The view was amazing, the large windows are amazing, the apartment is nice and clean.

location of property was ideal with local bus stop just outside or took about 10 minutes to walk into the town centre ( bit of an incline on the way back) but nothing that should put you off. Hosts were welcoming, professional and very helpful.

We really liked the facilities and their layout. No problem with parking Bus stop on the other side of the street or 15min walk to the lift Washing machines as well boot and ski room for drying Apartments were very cozy.

SPA area has a bit of smell. Washing machine is in common area, and it might take effort to get powder for it.

Location is 10 mins walk from center and ski lift, skibus stop is next to the house. Apartment is overly spacious, all the facilities are in place. Two separate bedrooms, linen is of good quality, as well as pillows and blankets. Modern appliances in the kitchen, all you need for cooking. Two separate bathrooms. Well equipped ski room. Sauna is a great addition, with relax area and plenty of towels. Friendly and easygoing staff.

The unit is small in space while the furniture is over sized ! Too many chaires. Its better to have in unit washing machine, iron and clothes rack. The vent at bathroom were nit working. Beside there were bad smell coming out from the electricty box.
