The apartment was with out air-condition. I've asked for 3 fans and I was charged €60 although the fan was one of the facilities that the owner should provide!

The location of the place and the apartment is acceptable.

The entrance is only from the basement and I had to climb two floors with heavy luggage. The other door just next to my apartment was emergency exit only. They didn’t provide fans I had to buy my own. Note: they allowed me to use it on the checkout.

There is no oven for cooking :( Apart from that it was all good.

The location in between Kaprun and zell am see for skiing. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. We were four adults, two in the room upstairs and two in the living room on the sofa, it was good. We cooked a lot, the kitchen is great, dishwasher, they provided with trash bags, dishwasher tablets. Ski room to store your skies and boots. The shower is great.

The apartment was a bit remote if you want to reach the center on foot, but since we had a car it was no problem. We were informed about the renting rules so many times, and it was quite confusing.

Nice, clean, spacious facilities. There was everything you need including ski room with hot air dryer for boots and underground parking. We liked the mountain view out of the window.

The apartment I stayed in has a stunning view of the mountains! Nice balcony, a comfy couch-bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a covered parking spot. The hosts were very friendly and helpful too. My family had a wonderful time over there. Def coming back :)

Excellent choice! Fully equipped flat, everything you needed - at your disposal. Super clean, big showers (2X). Nice terrace, parking in front of residence, dedicated place for ski equipment the flat is located in a very good position, able to reach more ski resorts within the minutes (with the car). Did not try the bus. Great customer support from the host

The view is outstanding, you can indeed strech out the legs and watching the mountains from the sofa. The apartment is well equipt. There is everything you need to prepare the meal, and do home keeping stuff. Parking space available anytime.

The owner of the property was around at check out and was really rude. Very child unfriendly. She scolded our kids for kicking around a mini soccer ball on the street while we were packing our car, and said that it was dangerous and verboten, like she owned the street or something!

The property was ok. Overpriced for what you get.

stuff isn't flexible, you can only check in by comp or phone. leaving they told me to wait for apartment check and then we can leave. stuff couldn't come soon so I need to send the picture where I left the keys. I'm traveling a lot all around the world, I had never got request like that. definitely I will not come again here. Otherwise, hygiene of the apartment is perfect, beds are comfortable, view from the balcony is stunning.
