I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the four-course menu was simply perfect – delicious and beautifully served. The staff were far more friendly and attentive than average, always smiling and ready to help, which made the stay feel very special. The spa was fantastic, with a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful garden where you can truly unwind. At the reception, they were always ready with great suggestions on where to travel and what to see in the area, which made exploring much easier and more enjoyable. This is definitely a place I would love to come back to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding hospitality.

Noise isolation could be way better but I appreciate it is a huge investment.

The staff were incredibly professional and kind, and the owners were also unbelievably helpful, open, and attentive. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds, and a wonderful view. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. We loved every moment of our stay.

The best welcoming people at the reception, bar, restaurant, even the cleaning lady. The whole setup of the hotel is lovely and cozy. Very comfortable and clean room, the whole facility was very well thought through and welcoming. Offered 4-course dinner was very tasty and beautifuly shown on the plate. This property is a gem in the area. It's a small, customer-oriented business that fulfills every wish, ensuring perfect comfort for everyone. The restaurant is also excellent, with truly delicious food. I must also mention the hotel's style, which embodies everything I love about the Austrian countryside. They've preserved and renovated the traditional buildings and furniture, keeping the authentic style of the place. It's absolutely awesome.

The wellness part could stay open for a bit longer.

We loved everything! It's close to the slopes (about 10 min drive). We loved our room, the dinners, the sauna (Finnish and steam), the staff were welcoming, helpful and always available. There is also a heated ski room. When I asked we found out this is a family-run hotel since several generations. Thank you for having us! I've stayed in perhaps 30 hotels in various countries and this was a special and memorable experience. Would definitely stay here again.

I don't know a good solution but saunas tend to be popular in the evenings after skiing so there might be a few people to take turns with. But we still managed to alternate with others and make use of the amazing saunas.

Every meal were fantastic and beautiful.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and service oriented, the food was good and the overall vibe of the place is really relaxing and comfy.

Very nice family hotel where old meets new. You can feel that it is a long-term family business and the owners put all their hearts into their work. The surroundings are full of various activities and places for discovering nature.

Would be great to be able to have tea/coffee available outside the working hours.

Very good location in nice scenary with plenty of opporrunities for different outdoor activities in close vicinity. Friendly and helpful staff. Good dinners.
