Dear Mr Mihail! Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very pleased that you felt very comfortable in your hotel room and that we were able to spoil you with our culinary delights. We are very lucky that our hotel is located right next to the cable car station, so our guests have no trouble getting up the mountain quickly and without complications. We immediately passed on your suggestion regarding the temperature of the pool to our head technician in order to solve any problems with the temperature. In general, the pool has a water temperature of at least 32 degrees. We are very sorry that you slipped in the spa area and we would like to apologise for this. We are very glad that nothing happened to you or your child. We are just glad that there have been no accidents in the past, otherwise we would have reacted to this from the beginning. We have also passed this point on to our chief technician. He will look into it immediately. We wish you a wonderful summer with many relaxing hours and would be delighted if you could see the improvements for yourself with regard to your points of criticism, as guests you are always very welcome.
