Not connected to the hotel - the ski resort is very small, but if you want to learn ski\snowboard or just spend time with your kids in the nature - this will be enough.

The bedrooms and restaurant were quite hot and stuffy, but that was expected for a building designed for winter hospitality.

Excellent hotel with great facilities for families. They thought about every detail to make the place suitable for children and adults to enjoy. The owner and staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel interior is beautiful. The room was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. We loved the reception area as well, both for its design and the games availability. The view and atmosphere from SaaAlm restaurant were amazing, with a great playground and water slide just beside it. There is a horse stable on site and many activities both at the hotel and in the surrounding area.

The toilet had an unpleasant smell, although it was clean. The bathroom can use an update.

I appreciated the room's size and the presence of a separate kids' room within it. The breakfast and dinner offerings were very good, both in terms of variety and flavor, with options even suitable for young children. Additionally, the hotel's playground and outdoor facilities were truly great and beautiful.

As for improvements for next time, one area that could be enhanced is the Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the hotel. While the Wi-Fi was generally reliable, there were a few instances where the signal strength could have been stronger, especially in certain areas of the property. Strengthening the Wi-Fi infrastructure would ensure a seamless and uninterrupted connection for guests who rely on it for work or leisure purposes. Furthermore, I would have appreciated more variety in the menu, particularly for snacks and lunch. While the overall quality of the food was good, it would have been nice to have a wider selection of options available. Additionally, it was surprising to find that hot drinks were not included in the package, and we had to pay extra for coffee, especially during lunch hours. It would be more convenient for guests if hot drinks were included in the meal offerings. Moreover, we requested to extend our stay at the facility after check-out, but we were disappointed to learn that it would cost an additional 200 euros for an extra 5 hours. Considering the price we had already paid for our stay, this additional fee felt excessive and left us feeling somewhat upset. It would be beneficial if the hotel could review their policy on extended stays and offer more reasonable options for guests who wish to prolong their time at the property.

During our stay at Familienparadies Sporthotel Achensee, there were several aspects that I truly enjoyed. However, what I liked most about my stay was the seamless integration of family-friendly amenities and activities. The hotel truly understands the needs of families and goes above and beyond to provide a memorable experience for all age groups. The children's club was a standout feature, offering a wide range of engaging and educational programs. The dedicated staff at the club ensured that the children are entertained and well-cared for, allowing parents to relax and enjoy leisure time. Moreover, the hotel's location was truly breathtaking. The panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the Achensee lake created a serene and picturesque ambiance. It was a delight to wake up to such stunning natural beauty every morning and take in the peaceful atmosphere.

Lunch offer was quite poor, especially warm dishes, which rarely included healthy options. Majority of the times it looked like it was frozen food defrosted.
