Host became unavailable midst checking in, as they were not able to properly meet our request to store our bikes in a designated area.

The bathroom was clean and modern and the spa area was available in the later hours of the day.

First of all, whatever you will read here, doesn't mean that we don't like the accommodation at all and wouldn't go back. Just something to take into consideration :) In no apartment accommodation we went until now, in any of the countries visited, it happened for us that there was no salt (and pepper). For a one-two nights stay I consider it quite a minus if I need to shop for them and then carry them around the whole travel time. And we were lucky that we were there on a Monday, since in Austria, on Sundays the stores are closed. Another minus for us was the bed which is extremely soft and I had really bad back pains in the morning for a few good hours (a bit heavier person here...). The sofa... is a sofa... so no big expectations there, so we cannot complain (we never have big expectations on sofa-beds). What did bother us a lot though, were the pillows, which I don't even know if you can consider them pillows, plus the fact that there is only 1 per person (see photos). Furthermore, I do not understand why would someone give guests (any type of guests, but especially ones that pay) covers that are obviously in a bad shape. Such covers I don't keep even at home for myself. We could kindly suggest three things: 1. a splash wall all around the kitchen area for the sake of cleanness (see photos). 2. curtains - there are only window blinds, and if you want direct sun light, but don't want to be fully dressed, on one side people from the pool or other balconies can see you, and on the other side is the street, where people walk buy and cars drive often. 3. would be nice to see at least a little more consideration at this price with some coffee for the machine and tea bags :) (again, the only place we didn't had that).

The location is really nice and I really liked the contactless/keyless approach of the accommodation. We also loved the indoor pool and the fact that you can easily take a shower directly there. The water was also very clean and perfect temp. We like that the fridge is big enough and we liked how the apartment was furnished. Very good sound proofed building :)

Unfortunately, the communication with the host was a bit clumsy. Since we attended an event which started around noon, I asked the host whether it would be possible to get the key already before check-in, which she confirmed. Once there, I called her, and she asked me to send her our data so she could check us in. She didn't reply for about 15 min, nor confirm the receipt of the data, nor pick up the phone anymore - if you've once experienced a scam with your booking, such a situation can freak you out. Eventually we got what's needed to enter (beware, the main door needs some physical strength to open), but it took us more than 30 min to simply retrieve the key and code. She informed us that the cleaning lady was still in the apartment and it wasn't finished, but there was no one there and the apartment didn't get more clean (or thoughtful, no soap in the toilet for example) when we returned a couple of hours later. There was also nothing related to the Spa area (e.g. no bathrobes) in the room, and the opening hours were never communicated (it's 3-9 pm for the saunas, pool 8 am to 10 pm). The Spa area is also not so well maintained, unfortunately. As a last thing, we had booked the apartment for four people, but two got sick. My question whether a reduction could still be made was simply ignored (I would have accepted a "no", of course). Overall, the communication could be improved for sure.

The apartment is very spacious and close to the town center. The bed is very comfortable and it's very light and airy. There's also a balcony.

I would have appreciated if there would have been a door separating the bedroom from the living room / kitchen.

Outdoor pool was great looking but the water was freezing. There were dusty Cobwebs in the kitchen. Not much wardrobe space if you come as a family and for a longer time but for a short time, it works. Upon our arrival we had to wait for some time to get in since neither Booking.com nor our host send us the information how to get in nor that we needed to submit some personal information to the landlady directly - some miscommunication but when you are tired from 9 hours long drive, you just want to get into the apartment without any problems especially when you are with kids.

This should have been labelled as "STUDIO" apartment since bedroom and living-room are not really separated. It is a nice space, enough towels; bathroom and wc are separate. For two night with two kids it was a good space and enough entertainment since the indoor pool is nice. Plenty of towels. 2 air-conditions. The lake is nice to visit - we rented a boat and had a great boat ride. There is nice restaurant at the lake with great food.

Bed and pillows are not really comfortable, check in process should be improved, all guidance is better send in advance.

Polyester bed linen/pillows/ blankets were uncomfortable.

Nice and warm flat with big parking and a relaxing spa zone. Easy arrival.
