Lovely staff, small but great options for the breakfast and very clean room. It is also quite accessible by the train/tram running regularly.

Breakfast was very nice. Dinner the night before was very good. Parking for motorcycle was excellent.

The main road is a bit nosy, we needed to change a room to the back yard.

It is a nice and cozy hotel. Very comfortable if you have a car, it is very near from Kaprun and Zell am See ski lifts. The bus stop is also in the front of the hotel. Nice dinners, every night was different. There’s very modern sauna, which was not visited by the other guests, so we had a nice privacy.

Some rooms are a bit dated.

Very nice traditional Austrian stay. Perfect for winter sport. Clean rooms, small but good and newly renovated sauna. Tasty dishes in the restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Overall very good price-quality.

There is a small garage for bicycles and motorbikes. What we missed is a plug to charge our e-bikes there, we had to do it in a room.

Very nice staff. Well organized, the receptionist has left is the key on a visible place, when we came late. The breakfast was ok, all the normal things were there.

My room was in front of the street so it was a bit noisy

Stuff where lovely, excellent location if you plan to visit both Zell am see and Kaprun, bus station in front of the hotel and they offer free bicycles. Mr.Andi and his son were very kind and helpful.

Breakfast not to so good. Maybe since I was there in summer, not too many guests...

I was there during a public holiday and the hotel was a bit empty, I met nobody for a whole day :) but room was clean, comfortable, and cosy. I liked it and I would stay again there. Staff super nice.

Terribly noisy and presumably noxious by the very busy road. No sauna the lady said.

Big roadside hotel. Biker and scooter friendly. Dark room but warm. Double bed (two singles pushed together) with double fitted sheet and two good single duvets. Bedside cabinets with lighting over. Everywhere clean. Toilet & shower room is a good size with an OK sized shower cubicle. Shower is good with plenty of hot water. Nice towels and shower gel and hand soap. Wardrobe space, a ‘day bed’, table, a sofa and two chairs. Carpeted. Patio door to shared terrace. Noisy even at the back of the hotel. Table and chairs and smokers next door. View obscured by bushes. Restaurant and bar and breakfast and dinner both good. Pleasant, helpful English speaking hosts. Friendly and relaxed. WIFI good.

Friendly staff, afternoon snack included in the price, bus shuffle to ski lifts just in front of the hotel, ski room in the basement.

the property is nice and tidy, modern and clean. The staff was more than helpful and friendly! especially the woman I don’t know her name but she is very helpful and kind.

Lovely family run hotel conveniently located between Zell am See and Kaprun. Bus stop right in front of the hotel and plenty of parking space available. Staff was excellent, very knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. Would stay again!

Great service, amazing food with quite few choices for every taste. Personnel always available to help. The sauna rooms are new and super clean. Room was also always cleaned up and spacious. One of the best experience I had in Kaprun area. Also good value for money. I’ll definitely come back

Nothing to point out negative!

All very good, excellent! Superb breakfast with plenty of alternative options. Very appetizing scrambled eggs. The location is excellent! Very close and accessible to Zell am see and Kaprun. Excellent connection with the provision of free tickets for the bus and cable car, in order to promote customer mobility.

Everything about the hotel was great It has bus stop directly Infront of the hotel with 10 min ride to most of all attraction and city center The staff was amazing ! Breakfast was also great and has a lot of variety And we got the summercard when we arrived

The main room was in higher place and the second room was under the stairs which consists of a sofa bed! Our booking was for two bedrooms while we got a place for maximum of four people.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good.
