13€ surcharge for 3Mbit WIFI that is mostly unstable. In 2025 ? Cash and bank-transfer only Thin dividing walls between apartments (hopefully you will not have loud neighbours :)) Apartment has only the base necessities (amongst other things, there is not even salt, hand soap, trash bags... things you would assume are in every apartment) Our radiators were all set to 6/6 with closed windows and yet sometimes the temperature in the apartment dropped bellow 20C. This is not an issue for us but may be for some.

Excellent location near slopes. Easy to get them on ski from apartment. warm and clean.

The stay in the house is pleasant. The terrace and the view are excellent. It is comfortable and clean.

The pillows are bad. There are no basic items such as soap, dish sponge, dish detergent or trash bags.

Nice location and spacious, fully equiped apartment.

Wifi was not free of charge. On the other hand 12 € / week is not very expensive. Also cost for a dog of 119 € per week I found very expensive.

Bad KKHM is beautiful

5 minutes walk from the ski slope.

The location is fairly good, you can ski to near the door and for going to skiing you need to walk 10min to the track. The apartment was well equipped . The ski room is very good.

The internet. First of all, the internet is paid extra (in 2024), but on top of that it does not work properly. The whole day the internet was not available (jan 2.) and the host could not be reached to fix it. Of course, we did not come there to sit and surf the internet, but when you have kids and prepare for the ski day, or have an work emergency that you need to attend to, it is not very convenient (and you think you paid for it). The pull out bed could be better, newer. The shower door should be changed and fixed.

The location was excellent, just below the ski slopes (short climb to the slopes and you can ski to the apartment). View to the valley and hills on the other side is breathtaking. Apartment was very clean and in a great state when we arrived. The check in was easy, the host was really helpful and gave a lot of useful info and flyers about the attractions nearby.

We were surprised the WiFi access is paid extra. One other minus is the lack of the hand soup in the bathroom, and dishwashing soup and sponge in the kitchen.
