How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The water temperature is not stable
I’m very sensitive to the noise, then the reception guy gave me a very quiet room which helped my trip a lot! The staff in the kitchen are also very welcoming, they helped me to heat the food for free. You could also do the screen mirroring on tv. Highly recommended.

Despite requesting a queen/king bed, we were given two twin beds placed together that kept moving apart.
Very close to westbahnhof. The shower in the middle of the room is nice for a couple but can be very awkward with friends.

Pleasant hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, had everything we needed and was spotless. Comfortable bed with firm mattress. We stayed several nights and every night was quiet, in spite of the hotel being located on a busy road. The location of the Hotel is quite convenient at a five minutes walk of the West Bahnhof underground station. We took the underground and tram almost everywhere as there is a direct line into the city centre.

Terrible access to the garage which was €32 per day. Had to go outside, through a gate door then open the garage door with a separate card and walk down a dark driveway. Then on the way back, pull a rope to open the garage door then open the gate door with a key card.
Nice facilities and breakfast.

It's a really nice and great hotel. Bit surprised how the shower was made, but it got an AC for the hotter day which is amazing. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Some of the furniture had some damage, visible scratches and parts chipped off which, from my own opinion was because of previous guests trying to open bottles from minibar as the bottle opener was not present (and even after requesting it the hotel said they have non and you can open bottles only at reception). There were some stains on the carpet in bedroom. Some of the power outlets were not working.
Its really lovely to have a room with terrace where you can chill during day and evenings. Even tho the open bathroom and shower being present right in front of bed might look strange to some, the room looked and felt very spacious and open thanks to the lack of wall. Having a shower AND a bathtub sure was a very welcomed bonus.

The floor and curtains had strange stains although didn’t affect our stay. The TV didn’t work consistently, however we did approach the staff and they tried to assist us to their best abilities😃 Which we were grateful for
Staff were lovely, super central location a short walk to the tube station. Comfy bed with air conditioning also has a small gym and sauna room for guests!

It coud have been better if there were slipers in the room and hair conditionor in the shower as well. Also it was a big shock i couldn't find the refrigerator in the room. cleaning was every two days but they didn't clean properly the floor and the desk, they just tied up the bed and change the towel, we were two in the room but they left us one mini water.
The location was graet. I liked the easy access to bus and metro stations. staff were nice and well behave.

No fridge in the room
We stayed only for one night. Very beautiful space,innovative, i like the decor a lot, especially the shower in the middle of the room with a glass all around. Very comfortable bed . Perfect central location Many shops in the area
