I’m very sensitive to the noise, then the reception guy gave me a very quiet room which helped my trip a lot! The staff in the kitchen are also very welcoming, they helped me to heat the food for free. You could also do the screen mirroring on tv. Highly recommended.

The water temperature is not stable

They gave us an upgrade, from hotel room to entire apartment and free breakfast. It was perfect!

Very good room, bed, and bathroom

Very close to westbahnhof. The shower in the middle of the room is nice for a couple but can be very awkward with friends.

Despite requesting a queen/king bed, we were given two twin beds placed together that kept moving apart.

Good quality hotel with really nice rooms. The facilities are modern and clean. The location is also great.

Pleasant hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, had everything we needed and was spotless. Comfortable bed with firm mattress. We stayed several nights and every night was quiet, in spite of the hotel being located on a busy road. The location of the Hotel is quite convenient at a five minutes walk of the West Bahnhof underground station. We took the underground and tram almost everywhere as there is a direct line into the city centre.

Lack of a mini fridge.

The room was okay, nothing really special. The hotel is located right next to Vienna Westbahnhof, which is convenient. Everything was more or less fine, but nothing stood out as extraordinary.

Nothing exceptional about the hotel. When I arrived late at night, I saw the night receptionist tell the guest in front of me that their reservation “didn’t exist” and that he had no room for them, adding “it’s not my problem.” Even though it didn’t affect me directly, I found this attitude really unprofessional.
