Room was not cleaned once during our 3 nights stay - although being told it would be cleaned every 2nd day. Cocktails at the bar were totally overpriced for the standard quality

It felt a bit cheap in terms of communication from the staff. They were not particularly attentive, did not share much information during check in, didn’t pay attention in making you feel welcome.

I had to ask for clean towels even though they said they would clean the room every other day. However they never got into the room the second day. To be honest though I didn’t hung the sign to clean it because I thought since they said they would clean the room every other day they would do it.

The mattress and the pillows where the best I have ever slept at, very comfortable sleep. Rooms are very quite and you can’t hear anything either from the corridor or the next rooms (sound proof rooms). Also, the hotel very close to the city centre and the tram station

There was no information in the room about any of the hotel facilities. The website was also not much help. We had to phone reception to ask about WiFi. Toilet paper was not replaced when the room was cleaned. We had to ask at reception for it.

The room was spacious and it was located close to everything. A staff member assisted us with our luggage to get down the stairs at the entrance when leaving.

The room size, the friendliness of the staff and they’ve received my orders from Amazon more than a month prior to my arrival besides the location. It’s close to the Subway and tram station.

A pretty nice, clean hotel, close to the city center. Public transport (metro, tram) very close. Several restaurants and cafes nearby. I would mention as a minus that there is a coffee machine and kettle in the room but no coffee or tea bags are provided. ..they are for decoration. Also if you are a smoker you have to go out in front of the hotel standing...unpleasant

Some points for improvement were: - The beds were not very comfy. We kept waking up with sore backs and after 5 days it didn't get any better. The pillows too were much too soft to provide any support. - We also didn't much like that the separate powder room had no ledge to place items on, and had no sink. So you had to walk all the way to the room to clean up. - Only one trash bin in the room It was a bit of a bother, but not enough for us to dislike our stay intensely. Overall, the experience was very good!

What went really well: - The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the glass shower in the middle of the room was hilarious! Perfect for couples, but not for friends and colleagues perhaps. Lol. - The person assisting with our bags was excellent! Very helpful, friendly, and took great care of us! - The tram stop was also right across the hotel, so that was very convenient. - The rooms were quiet, and despite construction outside, we didn't hear any noise. We were on the 2nd floor. - Hotel slippers were provided, as well as laundry bags, tea, creamer, coffee pods.

It was close to public transportation and a 15-minute walk from the Museumsquartier. There is a supermarket close by as well as coffee shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was not good they offered poached eggs we asked after 20 minutes we asked again 40 minutes later the eggs turned up Unfortunately the kitchen staff were more interested in cleaning tables and taking plates away then being helpful

Some of the staff were really helpful the barman was fantastic The room was nice
