We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was very pleasant stay at the Florianihof hotel. The owner was very kind and offered us also breakfast which was delicious and we could eat it in the room balcony.

The host was super helpful, I checked in late due to long trip, she checked me in. I was on a solo business trip, the host and the husband had to drive me to the location due to the timing, it was a warm gesture. Lastly, the breakfast pallet was the best, I am not sure if the breakfast option are available on booking but please request for one on arrival if you want it, the tastes are real organic food, the cheese was too good. The berries are so real I felt the real colour and the taste after a very long time. I will definitely go again and enjoy the view one more time,but this time with my wife.

At first I was not impressed with the location because you had to cycle uphill to Volkermarkt, this was a blessing in disguise. The following day we were able to cycle around the lake close by and see the laser show in the evening at the festival. There was a mixup with wifi but one of the children helped us to solve.

Very nice and calm area, complete silence and darkness during night, great to sleep. The room is perfect, everything was fine.
