Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomIts a little further from the lifts but this is not a problem. With the money saved you can book a locker on the mountain and keep your skis/boots there. It's perfect!
A wonderful home while skiing. Everyone is very welcoming, the breakfast is great, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended

TurkeyAlthough it was good to eat fresh products from their own cows, and have a unique experience at breakfast seeing the cows through window, you get the stable smell in the hotel corridors when you leave the room.
Breakfast exceeded our expectations! They serve milk, cheese and meat products from their own cows.

NetherlandsThe only downside for some could be the cow stable that is part of the building, but that it quite common in places like this and comes with the perks of great dairy produce you get for breakfast.
The service was outstanding, the breakfast every morning was heart warming, rooms were comfortable and clean, parking was easy in front of the apartments. Christine was super accommodating with breakfast times and anything else. 10 min walk from Mayrhofen “center”.

United KingdomOur room was right next to the manure heap from the cows in the barn. Sitting on the balcony or having the windows open was unpleasant.
Everything was very clean. The hostess was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good. It was close to the ski bus stop and within a ten minute walk of the Ahorn ski lift.

It’s an excellent location and, particularly for how cheap it is, what you get is great. The rooms are cosy and warm, the location is ideal and the breakfast is great

United KingdomMaybe a kettle in the room? Very British thing to want I think! But after a hard day on the slopes I always fancied a tea / coffee in the room. I think we were welcome to use facilities in the breakfast room though, I was just laze after a day in the mountains!
Friendly, modern and comfortable. A really lovely mix of homely, rustic and authentic feeling but also modern and comfortable. Loved eating breakfast watching the cows, who were in the next room and visible though glass! Lifts easily accessible via a short walk or ski bus. Tip - if you’re looking to hire equipment get a place near the guest house as we booked through Skiset and the hire place was totally the other end of town, which was a faff when we first arrived!
