The only thing I can think of missing is a fridge in the room. Maybe it’s not fully necessary only nice to have in the deep mountains.

I didn’t get the room I booked and was offered little explanation and no compensation at all. This was a bit of a letdown, but it’s difficult to stay angry in this place and with such cheerful staff. Speaking of which: the restaurant plays Tiroler music most of the time and the atmosphere can get a bit lively in the evening. We thought it was fun but if you’re looking for absolute peace and quiet you might want to look elsewhere.

A nice place to forget about your day-to-day problems and just enjoy the simpler things in life such as the great view, a cold beer, sharing a good meal and having a laugh with your family and the cheerful staff. It struck me as light hearted crossover between a traditional gasthof and a modern hotel, both in atmosphere and decor.

We took several tea-bags right after breakfast time and we were charged around 3 EUR per each on top of the price of the breakfast itself. It's understandable based on hotel policy etc, but it negatively affected the overall perception of the stay (having the price for the stay in mind).

Great view, parking place, warm welcome during late check-in and good breakfast. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to try swimming pool, but it looks great.

Only minus (and unfortunately a major one) was the extra beds for the kids. The were hard as rock. Like sleeping on a wooden floor, which ruined my whole night’s sleep (as I had to sleep there instead of my 17-year-old).

Absolutely beautiful location, breath-taking view, superfriendly staff, and nice settings. Especially liked the cows outside, and the view from our room.

The wifi connection inside the hotel is very poor, doesnt reach all areas in the room. Also, the cellular network connection is also poor in the hotel.

Very friendly staff and always ready to help, the location is awesome with an amazing panoramic view in between the Alps. Very warm and cozy hotel with nice wooden interior. The view os the mountains in the morning is beautiful and the surroundings are quite with calm and cozy farms nearby. Innsbruck is near around 40 mins by car.

The hotel, its location and services including food was just brilliant! Cozy and comfortable rooms, very comfortable beds, all hotel furnished with style and taste, staff (the receptionist, the waiters...) all very nice and helpful. The views from the restaurant or room windows are just breathtaking, so all felt just top for us. The indoor pool was a cherry on the cake. I will definitely come back for longer. I cannot speak much to the activities around as my family only stayed for one night on our journey from Tuscany and only had one dinner and breakfast, and continued on our way home. But as far as the accommodation, staff/service and restaurant are concerned - that was all PERFECT. The countryside is amazing all around (the journey up the mountain to the hotel is a wonderful experience itself), so I can imagine this can be a great spot for a family holiday. Just go and try it :)

Nothing really! Drive over there might be a bit for inexperienced driver or someone with fear of heights but the view and the hotel pays off!

We were offered a bigger room/suite when we arrived for an additional nightly rate which looked great. The room was big and very authentic feeling. There was even a bath with a view which sold us, unfortunately, two downsides: 1) bath wouldnt warm up. Someone came to help and said leave it run for longer, the following day left it running 30 minutss but still no more than luke warm; 2) for some reason between about 1 - 5am the room became incredibly warm making it impossible to sleep.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location high up in the hills. The views are even better than the reviews say. Staff were lovely and the atmosphere at the bar and restaurant was great. Breakfast was excellent, evening menu also great, good value, lovely beers. Decor very authentic feeling and loads of amenities. No issues with volume etc quoted by some other reviews. All very clean and tidy.

- staff behavior is not professional and not nice to guests (rude comments and helpless attitude) - suite apartment didn’t have cleaned closets and the bed with its shape is not appropriate for taller persons (180+ cm) - older facilities with visible under maintenance - reception doesn’t have regular service hours - old wooden floors are very noisy

We arrived to find we were not allocated the quadruple room we had booked. Our children were disappointed to find there was no bunk bed as advertised and only a sofa bed made up for one. When I brought this to their attention they were defensive and said I had only booked for three people and that I was lucky that they will not charge me extra. They subsequently managed to make up the sofa bed for two people and the manager said they've had this happen before. I thought I had made a mistake with the booking process via booking.com so investigated and found the only way to book the quadruple room with bunk beds in the photos was with three adults showing. I saved screenshots and showed how it differed on another website thinking they would be thankful for bringing this to their attention. Instead they were defensive, said they didn't care and contradicted what they had previously said by telling me that this problem had never happened before. So please beware if you are trying to book one of the quadruple rooms for four people. Not enough parking spaces to accommodate all guests when hotel is full, therefore best not to arrive too late.
