This place truly felt like home! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to many attractions, yet peaceful and welcoming. We honestly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

The apartment was beautiful set in a beautiful surrounding. The open view from the windows was stunning. The apartment is modern, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioner, towel heater, coffee machine, etc. The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment provides the Schladming - Dachstein summer card. We enjoyed our stay :)

I have no complains. Everything was up to the mark and beyond.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking. I genuinely wished I had more time—I would’ve gladly extended the trip. Breakfast was delivered right to our door and felt quite luxurious. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with everything looking brand new. My family had a fantastic time, and I’d definitely love to stay here again if we return to Austria. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We received a free pass for nearby attractions and detailed maps of all the must-visit spots. When we arrived late in the evening, he even reserved seats for us at a nearby restaurant. His hospitality made our experience even more memorable.

The host was truly exceptional - one of the most thoughtful and attentive I’ve ever encountered. Prior to my arrival, he reached out to confirm my estimated check-in time, and when I mentioned I’d be arriving late, he went above and beyond by sending detailed, step-by-step instructions, including photos to show me exactly which room was mine and how to access it and to ensure a seamless and stress-free arrival. Throughout my stay, his responsiveness and genuine hospitality stood out. He patiently answered all my (many!) questions with care and clarity. His advice was impressively detailed and very helpful. When I discovered that the Dachstein cable car was closed for the season, he promptly suggested a range of alternative activities, picturesque hiking trails, and top-notch local dining spots. His recommendations were not only insightful but impressively thorough - clearly drawn from deep local knowledge and a sincere desire to enhance his guests’ experience. The accommodation itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Stylish yet cozy, the space was thoughtfully designed with modern amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher - perfect for longer stays or those who appreciate convenience and comfort. Every detail made the apartment feel like a true home away from home. I would return without hesitation - again and again. I cannot recommend this place highly enough to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with the warmth of home, the luxury of modern convenience, and the rare treat of a host who genuinely cares about your experience. A hidden gem with five-star hospitality.

Modern, well-equipped for a longer stay. We had no problems cooking for ourselves for a week. The room is cozy and importantly the bed was really comfortable.

We had such an amazing holiday in Ramsau, mainly thanks to Familie Tritscher. The property exceeded our expectations, we even got a free upgrade which was a nice gesture. Everybody was so nice to us and they helped to arrange everything for us. The room was very well equipped and you could even set up the drying cabinet with your skis and jackets from your room. We were impressed. We are definitely coming back!

We had an AMAZING stay! The hosts were so incredibly helpful and nice - they were hands on to ensure we knew how to use appliances, gave advice about local establishments, etc. The unit was so very clean, modern, and comfortable with great views. We cannot say enough about this rental. We would definitely return and also highly recommend it!

I couldn't stay longer

Everything. The hotel is located on the plateau in the Ramsau area, in an extremely picturesque area. The room I stayed in had an extraordinary view of the mountain range. Heinz, the owner, is a person very attentive to details and a special person ready to help you with anything you need. It is a pleasure to have him as company. Thank you very much for the quality time spent.

Everything was excellent, nothing negative to write about.

We had a great vacation in Austria about two months ago and our stay at Alpin Residenz Dachsteinperle made it even greater. Everything was wonderful - the apartment was modern and well-furnished, we had everything we needed for cooking and preparing dinners, the breakfast was very delicious (and there was a variety of tasty dishes), the view from our apartment was breathtaking, the location was very convenient for trips in Salzburg area and most important, the staff was very kind and generous.

Beautifully designed apartments with stylish modern facilities embedded in an architecture and interior design that preserves the historic style of the local cultural heritage in a fresh and upbeat manner. Super-friendly, attentive and highly competent hospitality team. All of this in a magnificent location with breathtaking views and ample options for short and long hiking.

We had a wonderful stay in the Dachsteinperle, the location is quite good, circa 20 min from city center with view directly on Dachstein. The house is modern and comfortable. It was great that the owner gave us tips for hikes which fits the purpose of our vacation (also considering we had dog with us), customer service is exceptional. Before the arrival each guest receives Sommercard which brings you quite high discounts on parkings/cable cars.
