It would be more convenient if the room had an electric kettle and a small table.

No table in the room. Steep stairs to the sleeping platform in the room which was only a matress and no real bed. Quite expensive.

Friendly staff. We could have an early check-in which was convenient because a thunderstorm was forecasted and we were on a hiking trip. So it was nice to be inside during the bad weather. Good shower.

We had to go to a different location to pick up the keys. Which was confusing and made the check-in quite chaotic (leaving baggage behind, not knowing where to park the car, etc).

Very nice location at the ski slope, we had the corner apartment which had excellent views. Beds and the space were good. There was enough apre-ski options at the hotel and close by bars.

Even though there were 2 coffee machines in the apartment, the coffee was paid extra. For this standard, coffee and tea should be for free. We were surprised at our arrival that the property cannot offer paid breakfast in their hotel facilities (due to the number of hotel guests). We actually planned to have breakfast there and not in the apartment. It would be great to be informed about it in advance. However, they were kind enough to provide a basket with bread directly to our apartment.

Very modern and comfortable hotel. Easy access and great location with ski in and ski out. The apartment was very well equipped, with the private sauna being our highlight. Very comfortable for 4 adults - the living room was spacious even with the convertible sofa (which was comfy for sleeping). The ski lockers were handy.

TVs are dated and don't allow for streaming/casting need to batch at lift (which is utterly unnecessary as all floors are accessible by everybody via the stairs, and utterly annoying when you're trying to handle your ski equipment)

Communication with reception, that was in another building, was weak. They didn’t like to answer the phone. Directions for in unit sauna were in German only. Google translate didn’t help. Reception wouldn’t answer the phone to help me with this. They didn’t respond to messaging through booking.com. The shower door didn’t stay closed while showering. They promised to call when our room was ready for check in. They didn’t, nor did they bother to tell me ( I was sitting in their lobby.) This seems to be a property management company running several accommodations out of Das Johann; this results in a bit of disconnect. The units are lovely, however the furnishings are sparse and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. Ended up cooking our own.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. So spacious, very clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed. Private Sauna in our bathroom was lovely, especially after a day walking. Kitchen well equipped. Shower, really powerful, and the bathroom had lovely products and a great hairdryer. Parking near the apartment. We would stay here again.

The property is clean and has everything you would need. The bathroom is spacious and very modern also fully stocked. The living room is big and has all the utensils one would need.

During low season nothing is open in Stuben so buying groceries and cooking is a must, however we came prepared for that so not a problem for us.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The balcony is absolutely splendid with the most beautiful view of the snowy moutnains. Kitchen is equipped and very comfortable to cook in. The bathroom is beautiful and the sauna was so nice. Just overall an amazing place and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The amount of bedding (pillows and covers) was a bit sparse for the price paid. We thought there would be additionals in the cupboards, but we didn't find any.

The location of the apartment is really good and close to the ski lift. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast and wellness included in price was also nice.

The spa advertised for the Fuxbau was actually in the “das Johann” building, which meant a short walk through the rain/cold.

The breakfast included in the rate was very nice. The food in the FUXBAU restaurant and the “das Johann” Bar was excellent - even though a bit on the pricy side.

This was our second stay in Fuxbau, and not the last. Everything is perfect. The apartment is clean, modern, with all the necessary equipment you need. The surroundings are stunning and it is a good starting point for hikes. They also prepared a nice bed and bowls with silicone pads for our dog.

A EV charging card of the hotel in the garage. My card did not work here. Missing chair in the room. Room cramped. Lack of solution for day curtains since we were really close to other apartments visually: a bit in a fish bowl!

Delicious breakfast. Super and creative restaurant and food. Friendly staff in particular in the restaurant. Modern setting. Could charge my EV close to the hotel but relatively expensive.

The bed could have been a little bit more comfortable in my point of view. It would also have been great to have bedding without feathers.

We had an awesome stay at Fuxbau. Everything was top notch or exceeded our expectations. The apartment was big, had a nice view and had a really well equipped kitchen. We also made heavy use of the sauna that is located in the bathroom. One last big plus is the nice restaurant / bar in the ground floor. We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back soon!
