It is a beautifully designed apartment, spacious, cozy, and containing everything you need to cook food and have a comfortable stay - from dishwasher to air fryer. The garden was beautiful and peaceful, and had everything from cozy nooks to relax to a hot tub and a sauna, and two swimming ponds. We had BBQ in the garden under wild grapes. It was so relaxing. And thank you for the owners to help us with starting the grill!

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Very unique property with a natural pool, sauna and hot tub. Stunning garden. Such a relaxing place to stay. Plus our ‘receptionist’ Charlie the dog was a much loved character. Breakfast was stunning, a table laid just for you continental style.

We took the 2 bad room apartment, it was very bug and equipped, it had a huge balcony. Breakgast was very good and fresh The host is very nive and gave us some really good recommendations for restaurants. The garden is lovely and the pool is amazing

The apartment was big, with perfectly equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, clean, balcony. Environment is quite, mountains around, comfortable beds.

Soundproofing was not great- the apartment next to us had loud music on and were singing at 2am which kept us awake unfortunately (I’m aware this is out of the owners control, but perhaps quiet hours could be published/introduced?)

Best place I booked in Europe so far. Everything was above expectations. Perfect cleanliness, noticeable & amazingly care about details in the apartment. It is important to mention that Gasthaus owner (Grani) is what made the experience worth remembering. She were nice, understanding and very respectful.

Perfect breakfast with selections od local meat and cheese. Really beautiful place, quite close from motorway. Ideal for stoping by on a longer trip. Very close to Achensee with incredible views. Room was very well organized, clean, with very usefull gadgets like: radio in the toilet, flash lite, set to make tee etc. Little suprises making You smillie. High quality bathroom, very comfortable bed, very nice stuff.

Just a small suggestion: a small teapot would be good, as we had to make our tea in a cooking pot.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the garden. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did not cook but the kitchen seemed well equipped. You can order buns/bread for breakfast the evening before, and we recommend the whole grain rye bread, it was delicious! The atmosphere in the building is peaceful and calming. We will have to come again when we have more time to relax in the garden and pool.

We have been charged €50 as one time cleaning charges just for a nights stay, which was not clearly mentioned, one has to go in the pricing details to see this, which is like charging 25% of the total room rent just for the sake of cleaning. The apartment doesn't have a lift, hence carrying your luggage to the top floor might be challenging.

The place has a fully functional jacuzzi and sauna. Rooms are spacious, fully functional kitchen

The room was not clean, there were cobwebs everywhere and my friend had to kill about 10 spiders when we came to the room. I am scared of spiders, so for me it was a disaster so much spiders in the room. We got very very small room, I don´t think it matches the price.

Very nice breakfast, wifi worked well.
