Antonio and Lisa helped us with everything. They contacted us immediately. They helped us when we needed something. We were able to check in early because our room was ready before check-in time. The location was great. Very close to U1, U2 and Praterstern train station. The rooms are very clean. Almost everything you need is in the room.

The apartments are really big. We wanted a one-bedroom apartment, but there were no options for our dates, so we went with a studio and it was really spacious. The location is also good, city center is just on the other side of the river. Also there are many cafes and a supermarket nearby.

Lift is tiny. Shower and toilet are in different rooms, and you need to walk via kitchen. Apartment was cold inside during April with cold floor. No air conditioning to warm or chill the rooms.

Nice apartment location with public transport access in all directions. All necessary markets, restaurants and cafes close to GAL. The city centre is available by walk. It was easy to get the keys from locker. Splendid service regarding baby staff and value-added services like printing and umbrellas. Spacious apartment on the 3rd floor with lift access. The kitchen has all necessary staff for cooking and cleaning/washing. All apartment description in Booking fulfilled the reality. Quite apartment without any voice from neighbours. Special thanks to lady in reception for clear and prompt customer service.

Stayed for 4 nights with our baby. Lovely apartment, spacious, had everything we needed and great location. Close to many metro stations and walking distance from center. They arranged us a baby bed, chair and bath and also a very cute swing for him to play with. Thank you for everything! Definitely recommend!

Two U-Bahn (metro) stations are within a 10-minute walk, ensuring convenient travel across the city. The lively neighborhood is filled with restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores. Apartment: The property is clean, well-maintained, and well furnished (primarily Ikea, but in excellent condition). It offers all essential amenities, including a dishwasher with detergent provided, as well as filters and coffee for the coffeemaker. The climate control system is quiet and efficient. The bedrooms feature high-quality mattresses and pillows for a restful sleep. For me: the blankets were small. My husband said for him were alright.

The apartment is old-styled, although it was super tidy and clean. Everything you need is in the apartment. It is located 2 underground stations from city center. The staff is friendly and sent us all the instructions how to get into the apartment after paying for the stay. Only good impressions were left after the stay, thank you very much!
