Such a beautiful and calm, yet reachable location! Right next to the Geisterklamm, one can start hiking directly from the hotel. It has a spa you can use privately and the rooms were insanely comfortable and spacious.

The breakfast open too late 8.00 and coffe is very bad. No possible to have americano. The dinner non included in the reservation must be paid in the evening and not during the check out

People very kind, room very large with a small terrace, privacy and parking. Food is quite good.

Tranquil location. In the middle of mountains. Really nice. Food as dinner offered by the hotel as half board was so nice. Typical Austrian food. Super! Breakfast was very nice and fresh. Nice view around the hotel. Peace and tranquillity. Room super spacious. Views from room was amazing. Will be back for sure if in this area. Around 30 minutes from Innsbruck. Easy to park at hotel premises.

The staff is not austrian and we felt a bit missing of clasical austrian hospitality but you can not have it all 😀. Everything else is just very good.

The room offered to us was at the back of the property with a view of the hill despite the fact that I asked for the room at the front of the property. Then to be told that no more room is available.

The hotel location is good. The food served by the restaurant is good and value for money.

I don't like cleaning people in hotels to go into my room and tidy up without my permission. They could make a door sign showing if we want cleaning in the room that day or not.

It was very kind, that they left a small bottle prosecco and a chocolate for welcome. It was very cold, when we arrived in the room, only 18 C. The heater needed hours to warm up. What we missed in the Appartement was soap and kitchen towels to wash and dry the dishes. And the cleaning every day was only make the bed and

Good afternoon. This hotel is one of the best hotels where we stayed with seven. Excellent location of the hotel. Magnificent views. Just super!!! Clean beautiful room. The staff is very nice and friendly. The cuisine is delicious and the products are fresh. We were very pleased. Rating 10 out of 10. It's a pity that we were there for a short time. But I think we will come back.

- it is near the road and there is no shop nearby (but it wasn't a problem for us as you had 2 restaurants there)

- location was fantastic, near great hiking trails and Mittenwald - the room was spacious and very comfortable - great bed and big bathroom - The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay there because of that :) - it is a pet friendly place (10 euros/night) and the dog is really welcome there. Our dog had a time of his life because of all the attention and treats ❤️🦊 - free parking in front of the guesthouse - good food :)

Lovely peaceful location, close to the German border and the town of Mittenwald. Very nice room, good size, very comfy bed and great to have a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities too. The room was very clean. Staff were very friendly, great choice of food at the buffet breakfast, in fact spoilt for choice. We also had a meal in the evening, food was excellent, portion size very good too
