One of the nights spent on hotel, there was some event with music, pub or something like it and it was in front of the hotel and the people were really very noisy walking on the street the whole night. It was never-ending and that night it was not able to sleep. And one small issue - the towels are better provided as folded not spread out at the radiator, it seems that somebody has used them, then.

Every place you look at, is tasteful. Really well arranged, even when I usually am not excited of such things, this surrounding outside and inside the hotel was really nice set. The room is well equipped, everything is on hand.

For the category of this hotel and the price paid, there is nothing to complain about.

From all the hotels I used over the years, especially at the "family-run" category, this has some very unique design characteristics in regard with the decorations and the whole yard & hallways setup. One can see here not only the Austrian taste for elegant design, but also the care to details and arrangements of decorations. The room itself was clean, beds comfortable, with towels & everything to expect from a hotel. WiFi available and running fine, breakfast in a separate room with its own ambiance and some basics (cereals, milk, tea, bread, cold cuts, butter, jam, etc..) Hotel's own free parking places (outdoor, not covered) are accessible from the Gmundner Strasse, not from the front of the hotel (Stadtplatz) - so take care of this with the GPS.

The noise from main street can be bothersome, so ask them for not front facing room.

A bit of road noise overnight with windows open. No fan provided.

Location is right on the town's main street. The bed was comfortable and the showers were hot. Internet worked great. Rooms are very spacious. The women serving breakfast are especially welcoming, kind, and helpful.

Everything was perfect, no complaints at all

Very nice service, very clean, positive and helpful staff. Great location, beautiful view from the balcony. Though the check-in starts at 3 p.m., we arrived at midday and immediately received the key from our room. We came with the dog, and there were no extra charges, which is a pleasant surprise 😀. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, all in all very pleasant stay.

WiFi in the room was not strong enough. Entrance into the hotel with so many properties and entrances with different shops under ownership was confusing and signage could be improved.

Clearly staff and ownership take a lot of pride in their property. Immaculately decorated, kind staff, clean and peaceful. Plenty of parking, quaint garden, nicely renovated.

The most minor of quibbles but perhaps a better selection of breakfast cereals - ie muesli rather than only granola, some dried fruits and more fresh fruit.

Difficult to close curtains fully to cut out street light. Wifi was very patchy and erratic.

Big spacious room (a little dated). Good kitchen was a pleasant surprise. Also good parking onsite. Smooth self check-in with good communication. Excellent breakfast and our morning host was fantastic!

The appartement is completely renovated, big and very clean. The hotel is in the center, has a nice garden. Nearby there are a few restaurants and bars. You can reach a lot of lakes and hiking routes within 20 minutes by car.

The room was cozy and big enough for a family with kids. We reached the hotel at around 11 am before check in time but the host was very considerate and gave us the key. He was really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and the services given by the Lady in the Cafe were great.

Nothing wrong, all's good :)

Nice place with very interesting interior and decorations, lot of antique stuff in public areas. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is fine, nothing extraordinary, but nothing wrong :) Parking space is big. We stayed for one night, so not much more to tell, but we were happy with our choice.
