No air-conditioning. It was hot during our stay as it was summer time. Some breakfast days you have to queue. Too small breakfast room size. The food option is very limited and the quality is not great. The juice option is similar to Robinson's highly concentrated flavoured juice drinks that is just mixed with water. If a visitor is tight on budget, this is ok, but don't expect much. I cannot recommend this place unless you have not got much money and just needed a place to sleep.

Located alongside a Shell Garage,Lots of people shouting outside at night, Lots of Cars, Entry is via a shabby alleyway(Easy to miss the entrance ), Had to wait 20 minutes outside as no one answered the door, Breakfast was very basic, Only Boiled eggs available, Rest was Buffet style, There was a Kettle provided in the room but nothing else to make drinks, Hotel is very dated and needs a complete refurb to be honest, Water pressure was very poor so shower wasn't brilliant

There was no air conditioning so was very hot. Salzburg was in the middle of a heatwave while we were there. The area was not so nice but was very close to the station.

The reception was located at the second floor and there was no elevator. For seniors or those with heavy luggage will have difficulty in climbing up and going down the narrow stairs. Staff assisted us in bringing up the luggage. But, upon check out, staff was not available. The public toilet at the second floor was smelly and it was also near the laundry area were dirty linens were seen on the floor. There were pubs nearby hence some thrash were seen near the hotel. The shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was broken.

The hotel was near the train and bus stations, restaurants and Mirabell garden. Breakfast consisted of different breads, coffee, juices, boiled egg, ham, apple etc., it was very filling. I also liked the hot water boiler and ceiling fan inside the room.

I was charged 10 euros for 2 rooms as city tax. Don’t know whether that’s right or wrong. The phone was was do not disturb mode for a few days and I could not get through.

Overall great place to stay from location perspective, breakfast is great as well.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room and bed were clean and comfortable, and the room was quite spacious. Additionally, having a kettle in the room was a nice touch. The location is also excellent, being conveniently near Salzburg main station. However, there were several issues that detracted from our stay. The sofa in the room was dirty, which was disappointing. Moreover, despite arriving at the designated check-in time, we were unable to check in and had to wait for some time. The staff informed us that this delay was due to it being a Sunday, but they did not offer an apology for the inconvenience. Overall, the staff were not very friendly to us. In summary, while the room itself was good and the location was convenient, the service and cleanliness of some amenities left much to be desired.

the room stunk of cigarettes despite the information that it should be non-smoking hotel. We asked to change a room, so we were moved. the other room had problems with the noise from the street The parking information was not clear and the physical key solution was not comfortable. The neighborhood looked dangerous, so I was afraid, that the car would get harmed overnight.

The staff tried to solve the problems we had. Breakfast was better than what we expected based on the unpleasant other accommodation experience.

Had some trouble with our room at the start as they had given us the wrong room we had booked as we had 5 people but they only gave a 4 person room. After some time reasoning with them, they finally gave in and sorted us a different Accomodation which was better despite it taking up some time of our day.

Staff not Austrian and didn’t speak any English, attendant watching videos during breakfast, food mediocre. Entrance in seedy alleyway surrounded by bins. Socket didn’t work, wardrobe door fell off, kettle had to be plugged into bathroom, no cups or coffee.

It was convenient to the bus and railway station.
