Location, super friendly staff, tasty breakfast, cleanness, bathtub (not just shower)

The pillow was too soft. I had to fold it in two layers.

The breakfast was truly excellent - complete and very tasty, with a great variety of healthy options. The environment was clean and welcoming, perfect for starting the day right. The service and quality of ingredients made every morning a pleasure. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Everything was perfect!

I felt like I was staying in a high-quality hotel! The breakfasts were delicious, the room was cleaned daily, and the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is peaceful and quiet — perfect for relaxing. The Wi-Fi was excellent, allowing me to work without any issues, which made it easy to combine work with leisure. Highly recommended!

the accommodation was small and quiet which was very nice. The staff was up most friendly. If we needed anything we could ask and also questions of the environment they helped us with. It is also a good location you can walk to the nearest gondola and you can also take the ski bus to another gondola. The breakfast is good and with fresh ingredients. For us we can give you this as a recommendation.

This place excels in hospitality. From the moment we booked up until we left, we were feeling welcome. Patricia was available for all out questions and every morning we we're welcomed at (an amazing) breakfast. Available for all questions, etc. Location is perfect, walking distance away from the lift but far enough that it's quite in the night. Apres ski are little further out (walking) but with the bus everyting is so close by.

The location of the Garni Rustica was approx. 5 min. walking distance from the Gaislachkogel gondola - perfect. In addition, the host in combination with 'Sport 4 you' offered a 50% discount for storage of skies and boots - perfect as well. The room itself was spacious; especially the bathroom. All was spotlessly clean. The host family was super friendly and provided all info we needed.

Everything! The rooms are great in space and shape. All recently renovated and extremely comfortable. The owners, the entire family are the best hosts we ever had. Go beyond to help and make you feel like home. I highly recommend Garni Rustica for anyone seeking an exceptional stay. The service provided by the staff was truly outstanding. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. I was consistently impressed by their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a memorable experience for guests. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Everything felt fresh and new, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the pristine rooms to the well-maintained common areas, it was evident that cleanliness was a top priority for the hotel. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Garni Rustica. This hotel exceeds expectations in every aspect. I wholeheartedly endorse it to anyone looking for a superior accommodation option.

Nothing. All was great. The 5 minutes walk to the lift are enjoyable in the morning.

Set in a quiet location, but only a short walk to the Gondola and nightlife. The property was modern, and spotlessly clean. The room was refreshed every day whilst having breakfast. Patricia is the perfect hostess, always going the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect.

The room and all the place was exactly what we had seen in booking. Very kind and friendly staff (a family, i think). Even when we arrived later than we said they were waiting for us with a smile on their face and a hot cup of coffee.

- The room had everything for a comfortable stay (kettle, tea, coffee, ashtray on the balcony). - Every day the room was cleaned and towels were changed. - The breakfast was very tasty. - 10 minutes walk to the ski lift.

Everything. It was clean, it was cozy, beautifully decorated. Breakfast was amazing, there was always fresh fruit, a big palette of cheese/meat, but also a big variety of baked goods as well as homemade pancakes or waffles. 10/10

We had the best stay - the host/family is very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are quite big, with nice balcony. Amazing breakfast with nice choices for everyone (sweet, salty, eggs, buns, yogurts, cakes, juices, fruits etc, all fresh and quality). It is calm house and neighborhood, but still close to all amenities such as ski lifts, shops, restaurants etc. - all in walking distance of few minutes. also it was great to have the availability of ski box for free next to the ski lift - so comfortable to leave the ski boots and all in the sport + free entrance to the Freizeit Arena. We would definitely come back!
