staff was helpful and tried to help with any problems we had.

The only problem (not that big) was that there was no AC in the room. but at night it was cold enough. there were some mosqitoes but nothing an anti mosqito cream can't handle. across our 4 days we were there we had problems with the wifi on the last 2 days.

There was no air conditioning, which made the room a bit hot at night. Also, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak in some parts of the room.

The location was perfect – close to everything we needed. The room was clean, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We also really appreciated the beautiful view from our window and the quick check-in process.

Very good location. The nearest cable car is just a few hundred meters away. Several restaurants nearby (one excellent one is right across the street). Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfasts were good, the selection wasn't very diverse, but it was more than sufficient for us. Everything was regularly replenished. Eggs made to order. Pleasant wellness area with several types of saunas. Plenty of parking spaces right at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, adequately furnished, and equipped with a small refrigerator. The room also had a balcony with a direct view of the ski slope. Spacious ski storage, where each room had its own locker. We really liked this accommodation and highly recommend it.

There are apple trees on the garden and apples are not being picked up regurarly, hence there is a lot of wasps, which is annoying, especially if kids are running around. The playroom in the basement would need some thorough cleaning / organization, otherwise plenty of toys to keep kids occupied.

The location is great, garden is beautiful and great for kids due to pool and the playground. It is really clean, rooms are spacious. Check in was simple. Breakfast options were plenty...

Hotel located just steps from ski bus and this is the perfect arrangement for Flachau area. At the same time walking distance from town center. Breakfast was very good and offered everything needed. Ski depository offers space and safety. Very nice spa. The personnel is friendly and kinda laidback.

Rooms are not well insulated, i would add some kind of ventilation so there is some air flow to make the stay more pleasant. Beds are ok, pillows too soft. Wifi was unstable, the owners did their best at fixing it. Breakfast was ok- not enough variety in my opinion. Staff/owners were not so communicative.

The location is great and quiet, the garden is nice, and the kid's playroom is quite good, with many toys. Overall, the place is very clean and tidy.

No Aircon or fan. Hot summer weather made sleeping very uncomfortable as even leaving the balcony door open did not cool down the room.

There is no laundry service in the hotel and in the area. We were in staying there for more then a week and it was really problematic. Also the availability of the staff was not great. When we arrived at the hotel at 7PM, there was noone there and it took us over an hour to contact someone. We called their mobile phones, left booking.com messages, whatsapp messages, and nothing for an hour! Our young kids were very tired and we started to fear the worst that we will not have a room for the night. After 5PM there's nobody there. The bathroom is literally in the middle of the room and the doors are transparent which is super awckard and provides ZERO privacy. No-air con - when we stayed it was 31C and the room was scorching hot. No nets on windows - we had to open the windows which resulted to many bugs and mosquitos getting inside.

The location of the hotel was great. The price for compared to other hotels in the area was good value for money. The room is very big and clean. Breakfast is ok-ish, basic. Supermarket is 500 meters away, buy breakfast there.
