Absolutely exceptional accomodation. We were a group of friends on bikes doing the Alpe-Adria bike trip. This was the best place we stayed at. The house is super clean, modern and nice. The views are spectacular. The host is very nice and let us even use the grill for dinner and did our laundry. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice and clean accomodation. Great place for 4 persons. The location is qiuet, everthing is chill around this place. We loved the garden.

We really enjoyed our stay in this holiday house! Children played in the garden, while parents enjoyed the scenery on the little terrace in front of the house. Perfectly equipped kitchen, nice and cosy living room, and comfortable bedrooms are all we needed. Thank you to the lovely hosts.

We booked one night at Ferienhaus Herrenschmiede for a quick stop during a road trip around Austria. Even though we arrived too late, Kim gave us all the facilities to enter the house without any problems. Ferienhaus Herrenschmiede is a very tastefully decorated house, with a great attention to detail in every corner. We were surprised by the number of amenities provided, with a wide range of possibilities for outdoor activities nearby, both in summer and winter. On top of that, after we found out we forgot a beanie at the house upon our departure, Kim very kindly offered to send it back to my address. All in all, highly recommendable accommodation in every aspects and we will surely make sure to come back if we get the chance.

We loved staying in this place - everything was great! The appartment is spacious and well equipped with lovely garden and lot of places to sit and relax. We loved that they think of your pet as well - there was a dog bed, treats and water bowl, which our dog really enjoyed. It is possible to get the keys even when host is not at home, we received clear instructions the first day. We hope to return and for longer stay this time.

Everything was perfect. Everything was really clean and comfortable, i feel that we were not in the apartment, we were at home. It is an amazing place for rest, and really comfortable house, and very good value. I will recommend this place to all my friends and I would like to come back and spend more time in this place.

Amazing wooden house in a great location, close to two largest ski resorts in the area. You wake up with an amazing view of mountains and the sun - strongly recommended!

It's a beautiful warm little house, renovated as new, with incredible passion for details, and a great story behind it. We were two families with ski equipment (our fault), so it was a bit crowded, but still had a really great time. If we missed anything, Kim or Koen would provide it in a heartbeat with a smile. Hope to come back again!

Sounds of people moving around inside are noticeable, but it comes along with the nature of the house, and we were not bothered. We had a lot of stuff with us, so storage space was scarce, but we found our way around it,
