SwedenNo aircondition and no fridge in the room. Though big room så easy to ventilate. Be aware of that supermarkets are closed on Sundays.
Family of five (three kids, 10, 12, 14) travelling by train from Sweden in June. Perfect room and location in the middle of the village. We couldn’t have a better view from our room. Balcony outside the room (not private but a big one so not a problem. Short walk to the Bergbahn. Nice when coming up, we all took a swim in the lake, the kids played in the big playzone and we had good food. The manager and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really recomend the village and the Hotel.

Typical 3 star Austrian hotel. Very clean. Eddy the owner was brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was absolved early and on check out, he let us use the sauna to shower in as we’d been sking all day. Thai menu options were also good.

United KingdomThe hotel was great for what we wanted but is getting a little tired. Although the hotel is in a perfect location, the reception is only open from 5pm in the evening, meaning that if, like us, you arrive earlier, you simply have to wait.
The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, literally next to the stop for the ski-bus and easy to walk to different restaurants in the evening.

The staff and the manager, Eddie, were exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had a flight cancellation and Eddie was able to squeeze us in for another day without fuss. The location is perfect: centre of town, with the ski bus pick up/drop off literally over the road, and close to restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. One of the house chefs is Thai and there was an excellent spread of Thai dishes on the dinner menu. The Pad Thai was one of the best I have had. The food was very reasonably priced with generous portions. The rooms were clean and well maintained with good views of the mountains and the local church spire. The bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable and we all slept very well.
