Kelly and Elian know exactly how to make you feel at home – kind, welcoming, and always happy to share great tips. The breakfast is a dream, and having the chance to enjoy dinner there is just as special. If you're looking to reconnect with nature and truly switch off, this is the perfect place.

Great hospitality and family atmosphere. The owners are warm, welcoming people. The place is ideal both for relaxing on site and as a starting point for exploring Carinthia and the surrounding area.

The property is peaceful, green, and lush with beautiful surroundings and open spaces. The breakfast and food that Kelly and Eidan make for their guests is excellent and provides a local experience of the regions rich farm and slow food movement.

This is excellent family pension led by super cool hosts. You shall expect time and passion devoted for you making your stay an experience. It is quiet place where your nights are calm, food is great and it is just a throw away the ski slope.

Location, view, atmosphere of the pension (specially the restaurant with the tiled stove). The owners: Kelly and Elian are very-very nice people, always kind, helpful and attentive. We had a very good time at this pension.

Our New Year’s getaway at this charming Gasthof was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the serene beauty of the Austrian Alps, this family-run establishment is truly a gem of the area. Every detail, from the immaculate cleanliness to the thoughtful touches throughout the property, reflects the passion and dedication of the hosts. The Gasthof is wonderfully family-oriented, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that brings loved ones closer together. We spent hours bonding over their extensive collection of board games, creating cherished memories. The communication with the hosts was seamless—they’re fluent in English and Dutch and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A unique tip: bring your home slippers! The Gasthof maintains a cozy, home-like policy for indoor footwear, but no worries if you forget—they have a small shop stocked with slippers and other handy items. The culinary experience was another highlight. Every meal is prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, showcasing the best of farm-to-table dining. The food was not only delicious but also healthy—a testament to their commitment to quality. This Gasthof is a perfect blend of comfort, tradition, and care, making it an ideal destination for families looking to create lasting memories. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

Everything was apsolutely perfect! We especialy liked the cozines and the warm welcome from the owners. The apartement was very clean, with a nice balcony. The bar/restorant area was our favorite spot in the Gathof, beautifuly decorated, warm and cozy, we could sit there for hours. Breakfast was sooo delicious, with variety of local products and homade delicacies. We got a lot of great recomendations from the owners about the things we shoud visit in the area and really enyojed time spent with them. I wish we could go there next weekend again ! P.S. Sending greetings and treats to the three fluffiest sheep that made our visit extra special

Nice location and hospitality

This guesthouse is run by a beautiful hard working young family, and they do everything to make you feel like home. The house is beautiful, situated in a scenic little village, there is a beautiful back yard with three cutest sheep in their fence, and a very cuddly cat :) They offer fresh homemade breakfast, dinner, drinks, and also a small self service shop with resonable prices. Rooms are very spacious and clean. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house, also electric car charger with ok prices. Definitely would come back !

Amazingly warm family runs this house. Sincerely that could teach others empathy, hospitality and kindness. Very clean space, beautiful area, tasty breakfast with warm bread even on Sunday.

Of all the Gasthof visited on the Alpe Adria Trail, this one has been our most memorable. We were received like family members. This family works very hard to make their home charming. All the details are there to remind you that they have put energy in your comfort: boot dryer for you to leave with comfortable boots (we were soaking wet), the decoration, the carved butter, etc. They helped us prepare our next hiking day and even gave us a little sweet surprise for the hike :-)

The house itself is wonderful and there is a beautiful garden full of leisure activities, such as volleyball, badminton, etc. There are sheep in the garden and our daughter could pet them and give milk to a baby sheep 😍. The landlords are absolutely amazing couple with three daughters and they are trying to fulfill any wish of the guests. Thanks to them you really feel like at home! 😍 We felt so good that we have already booked our next stay 😍 and the food! We had 3x breakfast and 2x dinner and everything was very tasty and fresh! ❤️

Amazing hosts, clean and big rooms with comfortable beds, good and fresh homemade food, only 5 min drive to ski slope. 100% recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gasthof Arriach and liked their concept of family run business. The hosts were absolutely fantastic, the atmosphere was warm and family like. This place is exceptional! If you go there skiing, it’s easy to get from the guesthouse to the ski resorts Gerlitzen Alps (5 minutes by car, big parking lots from this side of the hill).

Everything was absolutely perfect! No complaints at all.

The accommodation is very nice and clean and it was very pleasant sleeping there. It is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, we even saw a deer next to the backyard. Breakfast is included and it is very tasty. The host family is kind, helpful and always at your service.
