Good option to stay with kids. Has a small but warm pool and sauna area. Great breakfast. Quite close to Lofer ski area, also has a direct ski bus right from the hotel.

The owner and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Good location with the free ski bus stopping right outside the front door to take you a couple of miles down the road to the ski slope. It’s a very family friendly hotel. We loved the pool too.

The breakfast room is nosy and overcrowded in the morning. The availability to eat a breakfast on the terrace with the French air and more space would be nice!

I arrived a 8h45 PM. At that time the kitchen of the restaurant was already closed. Take that into considerations.

Charming environment, top class breakfast. This hotel has his own restaurant. Very quiet. Dogs are welkome.

Spacious and clean room, very good wellness, tasty dinners, standard breakfast. The best advantage was a ski bus stop in front of the hotel. The location is also great for hiking. We appreciated late check out.

Nice family room, large, clean and comfortable. We skied im Leogang, so the location is a bit remote with 30 min drive, but best value for money!

The pool was small, a little on the cold side and really full of children. Great for children.

The Hotel offered a lot of facilities, was clean, modern, well maintained, friendly and in particular family friendly. Breakfast was very good and the half board was also acceptable. Even though, the restaurant could be very busy, the staff did a good job of supporting their customers in a timely manner and were always polite despite being very stressed at times. The kegelbahn was very nice and exciting to use. A E-Auto charger was available.

Our room was very hot on the first night, which disrupted our sleep. However we soon learnt to open the window (and adjust the thermostat!). I honestly can't think of anything else negative to say.

A beautiful location, very quiet. Breakfast was great and we ate our evening meals here too as the children were too tired to go back into town. The staff are lovely. Our room (a junior suite) was huge and very comfortable. The ski bus stops right outside the hotel. The pool is small but nice and the sauna is amazing (especially after a day on the slopes).

The hotel has clearly seen better days and needs renovation. Although the rooms were clean, they felt very outdated and quite dark. The towels were yellow, which was unpleasant. The staff were not very friendly, and the breakfast was rather poor.

The room was clean and had a nice view from the windows. We also appreciated the large free parking, which was very convenient.

Prices found on Booking.com are outrageous compared to the ones that are found on the property: I payed via Booking.com 169 euro per night for a Confort Double Room and on the premises the price is 88 euro. The room is quite old furnished, with squicky beds, quite worn out carpets, a TV that is a joke (seems more like an old PC monitor) and an entrance door that trembles when a room next by closes it's door or you open your own balcony door. Extremely rude staff at the breakfast and a very bad organisation: I checked in at midnight and I found nowhere on Booking.com on their policies the hours between the breakfast is served., nor somewhere in the hotel, where it can be seen. We came to eat breakfast at 9:50 and a person from the staff told us the breakfast was served until 9:45 and that we can eat the leftovers. But we got to be quick and at a table outside the breakfast room. All of these happening and looking at a 7 years old boy that was starving. For being 5 minutes late from a program that wasn't shown anywhere. Petty people! I tried to grab something to eat for my kid but when I also tasted the food, it didn't seemed fresh. Because of what happened I left in a hurry and when I left there was no one at the reception. So I forgot to take the invoice I requested. I asked the manager to send it to me online, via e-mail. The answer was that the only invoice he has is on paper and already sent it to my company postal address. And that's in another country. I highly doubt he sent something and I highly doubt that he hasn't a scanner in the 21st century. I hope in the end my invoice will get somehow to me, otherwise I will have to find a way to report their refusal to the Fiscal German Authorities.

The GPS misguided me for 300 km away from the location. Big thanks for having the posibility to check in at the midnight. Also, the room was clean. But that would be everything I liked about the property.
