The bed was two single mattresses joined as one queen. A bit noisy at night. Two things i requested from advanced and received that will be addressed only upon availability and they have no future requests

During my stay, I noticed two empty beverage cans on my room's balcony railing, likely left behind by a previous guest. While this spot was somewhat out of sight. The rest of the room and the hotel in general were quite clean. Therefore, I suspect this was an isolated oversight rather than a reflection of the hotel's overall housekeeping practices.

I was very impressed with the hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers. The reception clerks were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. It was spacious, and it had a comfortable bed. I also had a nice view of the city from my balcony. The hotel is located in a great location, very close to the center of the city, and it is only a 3-minute walk from the Penkenbahn gondola. Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel and I would stay there again.

Bar staff were not particularly helpful or friendly, with drinks reported as being not available by one, with another saying: yes, of course we sell schnapps. Bar staff were often running around doing multiple jobs, leaving it difficult to order or reorder drinks.

Amazing location, very comfortable hotel, great food. Restaurant staff were AMAZING! helpful, friendly, engaging and couldn’t do enough for you.

Steep stairs down to the ski room and barely enough room for all skis.

Friendly and helpful staff everywhere. We had some special requests and problems (stolen ski boots), and the staff was friendly and helpful on every occasion.

I thought that dinners are going to be at higher level, food was okay but not exceptional.

Just a recommendation- would be good to have in the bathroom a body lotion as well.

Location is great for skiers - 2 min from the gondola. The staff is amazing - always kind, ready to help and with a smile.

Loved every bit of it.

We have stayed at the Gasthof Brucke twice now. Family owned and they never disappoint. Staff is awesome as well. Delicious breakfast and dinners.

There was no hand or body lotion, which I would have expected but I was able to buy some in a nearby chemist/drugstore, so it wasn't a problem. One small thing, there did not seem enough hooks to hang up bathrobes etc but I am sure that will be part of the renovations.

The location was excellent and the staff were extremely lovely and helpful. The hotel is being renovated and what has been completed in the public areas is very smart and modern. The breakfast was very varied to suit all tastes. I also ate in the a la carte restaurant which was very good. My room had a balcony, too.

The property was in a superb location, staff were so friendly and really went above and beyond for us. The breakfast had a good range of foods. I will definitely be returning here in the winter months.

If I had one wish it would be breakfast from 7 AM, because we need to go to ski at 8 am to get the untouched slopes.

The location is THE BEST in all of Mayrhofen, the sauna world is great, parking is free and plenty, breakfast is royal.

- The hotel is pretty noisy.. If you are not party person ask by booking to get room with backyard view( btw is really nice) or if you staying in from of the hotel -the right side. There is a very huge and famose après-ski bar/club directly on the left side..and yes, if it is not the street you will hear young people at night on the hotel floor - The breakfast is just okay - Room has everything what is normal and needed, but nothing special. I really missed something like teapot just to have tee after freeze day - To service, I asked once if I can have a glass of hot water, they wanted to give me a hot water from water pipe.. to boil it for me- they said, we can not.. and there is a bar near reception. I did not get it..

- best thing of this hotel is a location, you need only 5 min walk to get to both cable cars in Mayrhofen. Also medical center is next door. - you can storage your equipment in the basement - Hotel has old charm/ decor combined with modern style - very good dinner with combo of buffet for starters/ dessert + menu with 3 options to choose for main dishes. Drinks will be payed separately - Spa area is just nice and will be enough to relax 1 hour after ski. Towels are included/ some snacks as well - it is very warm in the room - In addition I would like to mention a really good stuff at the evening in the restaurant and the lady who is managing the place

Can’t really say anything bad about the hotel. Very clean, lovely friendly staff, good choice for breakfast and nice spa after a long day skiing. Only 2 criticisms I would say is there was no kettle in-the room. It would have been nice to make a tea or coffee. And can be quite noisy if you want to sleep early. It was quite loud with party goers and apres skiers. Apart from that perfect hotel for a ski hotel.

Fantastic location, near the centre and right next to the ski hire and ski lifts. 1 minute walk from both lifts.

We had a bathtub in the room, but, unfortunately, we could not use it, as the water stopper was not working and it was not possible to fill the bathtub with water.

Very nice location, big and clean rooms. Hotel has a restaurant with good food and very tasty Radler. Breakfast was also very good, great cappuccino and a lot of food choice. Breakfast times are quite late for our taste (07:30 - 10:00), as we came to hike in the region. The parking slot is big (located behind the hotel), we had no problem with parking coming to the hotel on late Friday evening.
