Location perfect for exploring Salzburg and the region. Quiet residential area yet close to the city. Good size family room.

Double bed in family suite could be more comfortable but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Nice and inexpensive little gem at the foot of huge mountains. Everything was great! The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, the staff was nice. The area is super quiet. Unfortunately we came late and spent only one night so we couldn't experience the restaurant and the walks around, so we hope to be back again some day.

Maybe some uplift would be useful, but now the hotel is very authentic!

The location was beautiful, based at the bottom of a sheer mountain cliff. The grounds, which included an open "biergarten" were of fairy tale lore. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, provided a Salzburg transportation pass, and when they found out we hadn't obtained an Austrian vignette for driving on the highways with a German based rental car, went to a local vendor and purchased it for us, to avoid us getting a ticket. This small family operated business had world class meals and received their notice that they had a restaurant guru site Gold Star rating for their restaurant. Locals as well as travelers enjoyed the biergarten nightly. We wished we could have stayed longer than the three nights

One of the two rooms had bath with tub/shower combination, but no shower curtain. That was the only thing that could be commented on. All else was exceptional.

The balcony was lovely, offering a beautiful view. It was such a pleasure to sip coffee and watch the sunrise. The hotel is located in a quiet little town, perfect for peaceful morning walks. The staff were genuinely friendly, and free parking added to the great value for money.

While the room was a bit outdated, it had its own charm and was comfortable overall.

Nice breakfast with lots of choices! Staff was extremely helpful to us! Dinner was so delicious! Bus was right across the street to go to city center. Lots of parking.

Location and view out of the window is stunning. Peaceful location. Breakfast was good enough. It seems like you can jump on bus and get straight to Salzburg.

If you plan to get there by lunch time, have a food beforehand, restaurants in the villages around open from 17.

Nice place closed to Salzbourg and the arounds, the restaurant in the hotel was good.

Good location, good parking garden terras, and very hard working people. They try to run this hotel on their best as a family hotel. Honestly if you ask something they arrange it. Very good beds. Good shower and temperature of the water. Good for coming back next time

Rooms are outdated, everything works that’s it WiFi good but 2 channels. Guys you can change this with your brand. The number I gave was high because I see the owners are willing to drive this hotel. But a lot of small things has to be renewed. So therefore the price is some to high in level with it. Please go for it

Quiet and Located on the outskirts of the city. Excellent breakfast and a great restaurant.

The family room with beds for four had a shower open to the sleeping area only divisible by a curtain. The mattresses were old and the there was a leak in the roof with water stains on the ceiling.

I stayed one night, I was in transit. Comfortable, clean, ok location. Free parking on site.

Situated in beautiful surroundings with walks into forest close by.

Expected more modern furnishing and sunblock curtains.

One of our rooms had af shower in the middle of the room. With just a courting. It smelted odd. The other rooms were nice

We were able to check in late, the hosts just left a key for us, which was nice. Overall everything was nice.

Charming hotel with very comfortable beds. Enjoyed a lovely meal in the garden. Beautiful setting with great walks nearby.

Welcoming staff and atmosphere. Excellent food with local tastes, although the restaurant part is not working every day, you should ask for the exact days beforehand, so you won’t have to change dinner plans last minute.

Location was fine, close to Salzburg We had 2 rooms (103 and 105). Room 103 was much better than room 105.

Room 105 suffered from bad smell. Also the window could not be blinded efficiently (only thin curtain)

Perfect one night stop in a cosy little village. Big room for our family of 4. Nice food in the restaurant and nice breakfast.
