We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ItalyIt took me a while to find the way to check in. One of the restaurant staff finally alerted me to the automated machine inside the front door. The location is calm but tough to reach without a car.
Room was nice size and functional for a simple stay with everything I needed. The restaurant downstairs was good Slovenian food.

SwitzerlandNice modern 24h digital self check in. The host is super nice and welcoming! The room are maybe a little outdated but quite spacious and clean. With stayed with our dog and had no problem. Please do yourself a favour and eat at their restaurant, everything is delicious! :)

It was short stay, the valley itself is beautiful also area Lofer. Interesting and what we see as positive, was automat for check in and pin code which you get for room access and main door access. So no key to take care of.

Exceptionally friendly, Nothing too much trouble, arranged a space for us to prepare race skis provided a sandwich mid-afternoon when we were late back They have only taken over the hotal for two weeks and they will go from strength to strength with such a positive attitude

CyprusThe price was a little steep for us for what the hotel offered, compared to other properties we stayed at in this region. On Booking the room was advertised as having a hot tub, which was in fact just a bath. Was not a huge fan of the automatic check in machines, although it could be convenient when arriving in the middle of the night.
The hotel has an unusual decor, the owner has put a lot of love and flair into creating their own unique style. The restaurant has an extensive seafood menu. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful.
