The room we got was not exactly sufficient for a family of 2+2, on a tourist holiday you need to hang your clothes around for them to dry a bit and here the "hanging" capacity of the room was barely enough for 4 towels... Also the wifi signal was a bit.. old-timer :)

There were a lot of flies around and I think it was because it is right next door to a small farm with animals. Also, this is more of a quibble, it is deep in the valley, so even though sunrise was 7ish, the sun didn't make it over the mountains until 930.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room had a great mountain view. The room felt almost like a B&B - it was cozy. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the food.

For me nothing, but it’s not very disabled friendly in the way of lack of ramp access or lifts up to the rooms. But you have to take into account that it’s an old traditional hotel which makes it what it is.

Breakfast was everything you’d expect, a nice choice of cereals, fresh fruits, hot & cold meats, cheese’s etc. The hotel was located at the foot of a beautiful lake in a breathtaking valley. I had a stunning wraparound balcony with views of the mountains.

Very nice place that has a fantastic view of the mountains. It is a very quiet and peaceful place and the room was clean and nice.A perfect place if you want peace and quiet. The breakfast was very good and there is free parking. Location is very close to a lot of beautiful places you can visit.

The Hotel is in a very nice area, close to Gosausee and good starting point for any active relaxation. The Hotel is quiet and they even have big place for playing football and lit of small extra services (kids playground etc.)

The host of the restaurant was impolite. At the beginning we stand at the door waiting for him to tell us if there is availability tables and when he saw us he just pointed out on table and said “ go go there” in such a way like he mad bc we came. Anyway, we went to that table that he pointed out, then he came towards us and threw the menu with some papers and pin then he said “ hurry up write what you want before the kitchen closed”. We couldn’t order then we left. He was so rude.
